All this occupy stuff is making me tired...

how about you?

These loons are getting way more attention than they deserve.  Waaaaaaay more!

Mark America is getting tired of them:   Occu-Pests Vote to “Liberate Oakland”

Meantime, I heard a rumor that the powers that be are after Herman Cain for some sort of sexual transgression.  That didn't take long.  That news is making me tired, too.  Seems some women were "upset and offended" by something or another Mr. Cain said or did - or something.  So what!  Most women today are upset and offended by just about everything.   Robert Stacy McCain thinks it's a load of crap.

Reaganite Republican reports that Ann Coulter also thinks it's a load of crap.

and

about a gazillion people are talking about it over at Memeorandum They're probably getting tired, too.

Didn't we have a recent president that befouled the Oval Office with his sexual exploits?  A stained blue dress and a cigar come to mind.

Over at American Thinker we can read up on how we're Slouching toward the 1930s.  Maybe the author is slouching because he's tired.  When it comes to the economy, I don't think we're "slouching" so much as rolling full tilt down a very steep hill.  But, that's just me and it's making me tired, too.

Will Profit, over at Capitalist Preservation, astounds with a bit of wonderful logic.

Watching people walking around (or worse driving) with cell phones jammed up to their ears, or looking down with thumbs pushing little buttons makes me so tired I could almost throw my body to the floor and go into an immediate comma.  What the hell!  Don't people even talk to each other anymore?  Now I find out Twitter, otherwise known as "how to sound stupid in 140 characters or less", is going to help decide the presidential election?  Holy crap!

What Role Is Twitter Playing in the 2012 Presidential Campaign?

The Contraceptive Culture...

from a non-Catholic.

When Stacy McCain gets his mojo on, there is no better writer on the internet.  Not one!  Whenever he writes an article like the following one I've linked to, I suspect him of being a "closet" Catholic, even though the majority of "Catholics" ignore Church teaching and contracept at the same rate as the general public.

He’s 36, She’s 33
[...]The genuinely important thing to realize is that the ways we think about sex, romance, marriage and parenthood are shaped by our culture and society. And the dominant ideas associated with the Contraceptive Culture have become so deeply entrenched in our society that most people (especially most young people) are incapable of understanding how profoundly unnatural these ideas are.   read the rest

Diary from OWS...

Odie, the Woodsterman, left this in the combox:
If you have a chance, get over to Inno's and read his latest on this. You'll laugh so hard you'll cry.
He was right. Warning:  Keep your mouth free of all liquids.

Below the fold is a transcript of an Occutard's iPhone video diary.  Like everything else about OWS, it is vile and offensive and those with delicate sensibilities should consider not reading it.

Day 1
I just arrived at the occupation after a long train ride from Bakersfield.  There isn't much of an OccupyBakersfield - just a couple guys on Harleys drinking beer.  Which really isn't any different from any other day in Bakersfield.  So I took the train up here.  And let me tell you, dude, it is awesome!  Communists and anarchists all together living in perfect harmony!  This is what the future looks like, man!   read the rest

The story of Adlai Grace...Updated

Adlai Grace = God is Just...

Love Wins

A note to readers: Thank you so much for stopping by and reading about little Adlai Grace.  I need to make something a bit more clear (sloppy writing on my part.) I am not Wendy nor do I have any relationship to Adlai Grace.  I have been following the story since I first heard about it several weeks ago.  Here is a link to "Justice for Adlai Grace" on Facebook.  Adlai's Face book page is here.

Adlai Grace suffered greatly because of a human being. Discarded like a piece of trash, she was found on a dirt road with a severe spinal injury that left her paralyzed and incontinent. But she was scoped up from the muck and mire, came to live in a loving home, and became a true example of grace and love and hope to this world. May her light live on in us all.

On Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at about 1pm, little Adlai Grace had another serious pain/breathing attack. She didn’t make it thru this one.

Here is Wendy’s summation of what happened that afternoon …
“For those who are asking what happened: Adlai’s injury was high enough up the spinal column that it affected her breathing….much like Christopher Reeves who had to live on a ventilator. She would get excited or have a pain attack and her breathing would go from labored to gasping for air. She had had another pain/breathing attack around 1pm today and was unable to catch her breath. She passed quickly and unexpectedly in my arms. I am devastated.”
We all were and STILL are, devastated by this sad turn of events for Adlai Grace. But the fact that she did as well as she did over the past weeks is a true miracle and testament to her “spirit” and the love of her “mom”, Wendy!

While the precious little Adlai is no longer with us, she has also left a bit of a legacy that all of us can help to continue. AND that is to keep raising awareness about and help with the fight against the animal cruelty that little Adlai and her siblings suffered from. This kind of stuff should NOT be happening in our society. More people need to be made aware of this in the hope that better legislation be sought to try and prevent this type of abuse. Help Put A STOP To Animal Cruelty! PLEASE let YOUR lawmakers know that you want TOUGHER laws against animal abuse/cruelty!  source with a wonderful video

No more electoral college?...

is this for real?

Warning! Progressives’ NPV Plan for White House Control, 2012 & Permanently

While the lamestream media holds public attention on GOP candidate rivalries, a “progressive” strategy is underway to eliminate the role of the states in electing a U.S. President. By transferring electoral votes to a “national popular vote” this “Compact”  would  usurp the role of the states as safeguarded by our Constitution. In doing so, it could also neutralize Obama’s critics — totally.
This may be the most vital – and time sensitive - expose WAM has ever uncovered and shared! And it’s happening now, under the radar, with the general public in the dark. This “ultimate vote fraud” is intentionally  complicated to keep it obscure until it’s too late to stop it. read the rest

I met Donna when I was working at Creative Drum Shop in Phoenix, AZ.  Many of the rock shows don't travel with their own equipment because it is often cheaper to rent sound boards, drums, etc at each venue.  Creative Drum supplied the drums for her show.  My job was to deliver about a hundred thousand dollars worth of equipment to her show and guard it with my life. That naturally meant I had back stage passes and a front row seat.  She put on a heck of a show, the equipment was well treated, and she couldn't have been any nicer to deal with.  I'm been a fan ever since.

Mr. Always on Watch

Let's do another housing bailout...

because it worked so well the first time.

Obama to announce actions on housing, student loans (emphasis mine)
(Reuters) - President Barack Obama this week will announce a series of actions to help the economy that will not require congressional approval, including an initiative to make it easier for homeowners to refinance their mortgages, according to a White House official.
[...]The Obama administration has been working with the Federal Housing Finance Agency, the regulator for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, to find ways to make it easier for borrowers to switch to cheaper loans even if they have little to no equity in their homes. read the rest
The story did not mention anything about student loans, despite the headline. Do the "occupiers"  know that the Obama Adminstration will double the interest rates on students loans to 6.8% as of July 1, 2012?

See:   Federal Student Loan Programs - Overview

Once again Obama will try and reward people who purchased houses they couldn't afford.  The "occupiers" would like you to believe that it was only greed on the side of the banks that caused the problem.  The reality is it was the greed of people living in a society that has lost it's moral compass and right reason fueled by a government manipulating markets.

People bought houses thinking the prices would continue to go up and up.  I'm not known for my mathematical genius, but even I could see that $500,000.00 to purchase a dump just because it was located in the Silicon Valley was a bit weird.  Even in our little corner of North Idaho, we witnesses the equity in our home skyrocket by hundreds of thousands over just a few years.

The housing market needs to be left alone from government interference.  While I have sympathy for people that may lose their homes, the fact is, even with a refinance, they'll probably lose their home anyway while the taxpayers will be left holding the proverbial bag.

When people talk about the value of something they leave out the only real defining definition.  Something is worth only what someone will pay for it.  Bailing out homeowners who are upside down doesn't change the fact that they're still upside down.  And if anyone thinks that dump in Silicon Valley or anywhere for that matter, will ever be "worth" 500K ever again is ignoring the facts.

Art Laffer on 9-9-9...

as always, sometimes the best information is in the comments.

Let's turn  a question around and contemplate the answer.  If our present system operated on 9-9-9, would you throw it out in favor of the 71K pages of tax code we have now?  I'm not supporting or not supporting Mr. Cain's plan.  I am saying that the present tax situation needs to be fixed.

From WSJ:

Cain's Stimulating '9-9-9' Tax Reform

It used to be that the sole purpose of the tax code was to raise the necessary funds to run government. But in today's world the tax mandate has many more facets. These include income redistribution, encouraging favored industries, and discouraging unfavorable behavior.
To make matters worse there are millions and millions of taxpayers who are highly motivated to reduce their tax liabilities. And, as those taxpayers finagle and connive to find ways around the tax code, government responds by propagating new rules, new interpretations of the code, and new taxes in a never-ending chase. In the process, we create ever-more arcane tax codes that do a poor job of achieving any of their mandates.  read the rest

It's almost time to make meatballs...

to soothe the savage political beast.

I, am. so. sick. of. politics!  Soooooo, I thought I'd share my meatball recipe with you guys.  I posted this last year on one of my other sites.

This recipe started with my Italian grandma, who was actually a pretty horrible cook. Just because you're a little old Italian lady doesn't make you a good cook. My Mom, who was a wonderful cook, revised and perfected the basic recipe. Thanks Mom!!

I buy all my meat from Costco because I am assured the quality is topnotch. DO NOT use bargain, bottom of the barrel ground beef or your meatballs will not be good.  Sometimes you have to weigh quality over quantity or price. It's not thrifty to buy nasty tasting meat.

I started by throwing a cheap (cheap is ok for the bread) loaf of wheat bread the day before into my HUGE metal bowl. Rip it up and let it dry out overnight. Mine sat in the bowl overnight and half the next day.
The next day I'll throw just enough milk into the bread to make it damp.

Next, throw in the ground beef. My package weighed in at 6.38 lbs.  I don't use veal on principle.

Grab a full bunch of parsley and chop it up.

Parsley is one of the important ingredients so don't skimp.

Plain ground pork has gotten so expensive and rather hard to find that now I use Jimmy Dean sausage from Costo. The 3 lb package is only about $5.00 and some odd change. Chop off about 2/3 of this and throw it in with the bread, ground beef, and parsley.

Premix all of this with your hands. Fun!

Throw in some Parmesan cheese. I use Kraft (also from Costco - waaaaaaay cheaper than the local grocery store.)  I use home-grated imported cheese to dress my dishes, but that could be rather pricey for meatballs. Kraft is fine for meatballs.

Grab some garlic. For this batch I used four large cloves. Want to use more? Go ahead. This is meatball making, not chemistry 101 where a mistake could kill you.

Pull out your blender.

Throw the garlic in the blender and give it a few gentle twirls.  Add olive oil. I'm guessing I used about 1/2 cup. Pop in three eggs. Use fewer if you make a smaller batch.

Add more parsley - this time dry.  I used some Johnny's Season Salt, hot peppers (just a little), granular onion, some more garlic, and mixed it all up.  Add some fennel seeds -THIS IS AN IMPORTANT INGREDIENT!   I added about 4 Tb.  The wonderful licorice taste of fennel seeds is what make Italian sausage Italian and adds zip to your balls.  Just a couple spins after adding the fennel. You just want to mix it in, not pulverize the poor stuff.  Pour this into the bowl and start mixing it all up with your hands.

I have an old cast iron pan I use for the cooking part. You can use anything except a non-stick pan.  High heat cooking releases ugly stuff from Teflon and it's not good for the pan. I fry my balls in lard because that's what my Mom used.  It works well and is cheap. You want about an inch of fat for frying. Remember, the balls will take up room and you don't want hot oil running all over your kitchen.

While the lard is melting, put a piece of foil next to the stove. Start rolling those balls and lining them up on the foil.  This is where you want to get into a rhythm or what some folks call the "zone."  Roll, fry, roll some more while the first batch is frying, and so on.  We want to get through this part as quickly as possible so we can get to the reward part. If you look closely in the next picture you can see the cute balls lined up on the foil (upper right in the photo.)

Leave some room in the pan for turning and rolling those balls. There's really quite a bit of room around the balls in my pan, even though the picture makes it seem like they're jammed in.  You will want to turn them soon after dropping them in the fat or they will crack.  Don't heat the lard to the point where it will bubble or splatter, but not so low of a temp that they slog around soaking up fat.

You'll know when they're done by just pressing on them. When they feel firm, take them out.  Do not overcook. Remember they will continue to cook a bit after taking them out of the pan.

Reward time

Grab a couple "test" balls to see if you need to adjust the seasoning.  Rarely will that happen, but we need an excuse to chow down.  I find that I must test a ball after every batch that I've fried.

I'm being lady like here with a fork and all. My preferred method is fingers.  Notice the slight pink tinge?  If those balls had remained in the bowl instead of heading immediately for my tummy, the pink would be gone in about 5 minutes as they continued to cook in the bowl.

This is about half of the balls all piled up in their wonderfulness!! Now, isn't that beautiful??

When the last batch goes in, quick like a bunny, wash up your bowls and such.  I leave out a few balls for hubby, and the rest are put on cookie sheets, covered, and put in the freezer.  When they are frozen, I seal them in batches using my vacuum sealer.  The batch pictured ended up with over a hundred balls for the freezer which will take care of us for the entire winter.

Let the lard cool in the pan, spoon it into the foil you used for the balls, and throw it away.  My Mom used to strain hers and keep it in a jar in the fridge, but with lard being so cheap and all, I'd rather just throw it away. Sorry Mom!

Total time investment?  Hmmmmmmmm, lets see - about two hours for a winter's worth of meat balls.

The obligatory "who won the debate" post...

not sure who won, but I sure know who lost.  We did.

I really have no idea of what exactly that cat fight called a "debate" was about.  Far too many people on our side saw the sniping and snarling as a good thing.  I see it as a waste of time.  First they piled on Cain's 9-9-9 plan and clearly did not understand how the plan works.  Then it was Santorum attacking Mittens on RomneyCare leading into Perry taking pot shots at him on immigration.

Gingrich, clearly the smartest guy on the stage (next to Mr. Cain), is phoning in his campaign.  Michele Bachmann, obviously a lovely and intelligent lady, needs to quit flapping her fake nails with the overdone French manicure around - it's a distraction from her message.

Ron Paul has released his Restore America Plan.  It's good and deserving of study.  And Mr. Cain has the particulars of 9-9-9 on his website.  Also worthy of study.   Perry?  I've come to believe that Perry was pushed into the race in order to bolster Romney, who it appears is the choice of the political elites in the GOP.

Why are we the ultimate losers?  Because we learned nothing last night except which potential candidate has the ability to act like an adult.  And so did the dems who will use that information in the future to demonize the candidates.

Let's face some facts here - brutal though they may be. Most people don't give a rats rear patoot about all this political stuff.  They're either too busy earning a living and raising a family or too mired in intellectual complacency to find out on their own what is true. Unfortunately, these people can vote.

On another note and completely off topic:

It was interesting to see Wayne Newton at the debates.  My husband and I were married over 33 year's ago in LasVegas and attended his show that evening.  Without a doubt, that man is the hardest working entertainer in Vegas and has every right to hold the title of "Mr. LasVegas."   When he saw the flowers I had with me (we were sitting directly on the edge of the stage thanks to the $20.00 bucks slipped to the maitre d'), he asked if we had just gotten married.  When he learned we had indeed just been married, he ordered enough champagne to our table to share with several folks sitting around us. He also dedicated the entire show to us, and presented us with a complete tape of the entire show.  Nice touch from a nice man!

Time Lapse: Watch the stage being built for the debate...

kinda cool.

I'm out of touch...

really, really out of touch.

I'm reading this article at Hot Air about the OWS peeps having things stolen (who would of thought.)  A girl complained about her Mac worth 5K being snatched.  Whoa - wait a minute.  FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS for a computer?  I had to go to the Mac site to see that, yes indeedy, you can purchase a Mac Pro for $4,999,00.  This gal who had her wealth "redistributed" is 18 years old and she has a FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR (sorry for shouting) computer lifted while complaining about rich people.  Doesn't that strike you as odd?

Here's the deal.  I don't have a Mac Pro, and my husband doesn't have one, either.  We deserve to have Mac Pros.  So in the interest of equality and fairness, we demand that the occupiers dip into their 300k stash (where did that money come from and how is it going to be used and, good Lord - is it in a bank?) and buy us Mac Pros. And while you're dipping, we could use an iphone, a Kindle, and some new clothes.

Meantime:

Harry Reid thinks it's a good idea to throw out another 35 billion or so to hire teachers.  Why?  Simple.  Give a load of taxpayer money to a bunch of union members.  They pay their union dues and the union gives the money back to the Democratic party.  It's called money laundering, and your taxes are nothing more than "paying the vig."

Cato sums it up nicely:

Keith Koffler:
President Obama is intensifying his identification with the Occupy Wall Street movement.
This is truly frightening.
It would be one thing for Obama to practice benign neglect, to communicate that everyone has a right to protest without really commenting on the movement itself.
But it must be unprecedented for a president of the United States to suggest an affinity for radical leftists who despise capitalism and seek to upend the economic and political system. read the rest

Highlights from Herman Cain's speech at the Value Voters Summit:

A little bedtime tale:

While cruising around Facebook looking at the Occupy Coeur d' Alene event page, I decided to take a gander at the people who had confirmed their attendance.  Lo and behold, who do I see but a high school kid (actually, almost all the attendees are high school kids) who I recognized.

I slipped over to his page and was greeted with pictures of him posed in front of hammer and sickle flags and the person listed as being the most influential for him is Vladamir Lenin.  I'm acquainted with his parents, who are both teachers at North Idaho College.  Mom teaches philosophy and dad teaches ethics.  Hmmmmmm.  Bet those classes are interesting.

This spawn of liberal professors would like to see everything free for everyone, starting, of course, with free higher education.  No mention of how his parents might collect their combined salaries of approximately 150K for teaching six to seven hours per week if no one pays to attend.  In many areas of the country, that is not a large salary, but in North Idaho it affords a pretty comfy life.

Before anyone jumps in here and brings up the issue of all the grading and such these professors have to do on their own time, allow me to mention neither of them assign homework or even make attending class mandatory.  As one reviewer on the "rate my professor site" said, "Easy class, easy pass."

This boy believes corporations are evil, and should be smashed and replaced with something or other.  No one has actually defined exactly what that "something" is.   And since the occupiers all think corporations are not "people", I'm not quite sure how they can be evil.  It would be like calling a computer evil because you can access porn by way of its magical pixels.

So this little Marxist wannabe stumbles around demanding "stuff" with no concept of where it will come from.   Gee, wonder who turned him on to Lenin.  His parents must be proud. No, really - they're proud.

William Joel "Taz" DiGregorio...

There's a special corner of heaven where all musicians go to jam.  God bless you, Taz...

Charlie Daniels Band keyboardist Joel 'Taz' DiGregorio dies in car crash on the way to a performance

Volunteer jam with the Charlie Daniels band , The Marshall Tucker band and the Outlaws July 6 2008 Charlie Daniels on fiddle,Taz DiGregrio on keyboards, Charlie Hayward on bass, Pat McDonald on drums,Chris Wormer on guitar and Bruce Brown on guitar. Marshall Tucker member included Doug Gray on vocals, Chris Hicks on guitar, David Muse on sax , Clay Cook on guitar, BB Borden on drums and the Outlaws members included were Hughie Thomasson on guitar and Randy Threet (bass player) on banjo .

From the Charlie Daniels Soapbox:
Friends

This is the hardest soapbox I've ever written.

This morning about 4:15am I got the news that I had lost one of my oldest and dearest friends, Taz DiGregorio. He was killed in a one-car accident on I-40, East of Nashville when he was driving to catch our tour bus to go on the road.

As I write this, I am still somewhat in shock and have not fully accepted that there will be an empty spot on stage right where Taz's keyboards set for over forty years.

I honestly don't know what it's going to feel like when I walk back on stage for the first time without him, but one thing I do know, the music will go on, but it will never be quite the same.

Taz's wailing organ and rowdy piano were a mainstay in The CDB style since our very first records in the early 70's.

His tender piano intro to "Carolina I Remember You", his jazzy organ solo on "Birmingham Blues" and the signature riff he wrote for "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" were as much a part of The CDB sound as the songs themselves.

I traveled a good part of the world with Taz. We've been broke down on the roadsides of America, stranded by an air traffic controller's strike in Paris, stood together at the Berlin Wall and the 38th Parallel, walked the streets of Hong Kong, London, Amsterdam, Dublin, Juarez, Sydney, and a thousand little towns you've probably never even heard of.

We've stormed the Big Apple, the Big Easy, the Rockies, the Smokies, Clamtown, Beantown, the Midlands and the Maritimes and lit up the Daddy of 'Em All in Cheyenne Wyoming.

We've been in jail in Louisiana, rained on in Raleigh, shot at in Baghdad and left behind a trail that stretches millions of miles, thousands of shows and zillions of memories.

Taz was there through some of the toughest stretches of my life, when my dad died suddenly, through my battles with cancer and stroke and during the years it took me to pay off massive debts from a bad business arrangement.

Conversely, he shared some of the highest moments of my life, when my son was born, when we had our first gold record, when I was inducted into the Musician's Hall of Fame and when I became a member of the Grand Ole Opry.

At this early stage of the game, it's hard for me to think about what the future will be like without Taz in it, but I know one thing…

There is an empty place in my life today that nobody else will ever fill.

I will miss you my friend.

Love never dies.

Nancy Pelosi spewing nonsense... w/ Update

again.

Naturally Huff and Puff couldn't wait to publish this.   And don't even try to come in here and ballyhoo anything about an ectopic pregnancy.  It's not the same thing (see below.)  Nancy Pelosi is a disgrace to the Catholic faith and does great harm to women.   The fact that she is allowed to  receive communion and has not been publicly denounced by her bishop is also a disgrace.
Ahead of Thursday's House vote on the so-called "Protect Life Act," House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Cali.) called the bill a "savage" attack on women's health. If passed, H.R. 358 would free anti-abortion hospitals from the legal responsibility of providing a life-saving abortion procedure to a pregnant woman who is dying.

"When the Republicans vote for this bill today, they will be voting to say that women can die on the floor, and health care providers do not have to intervene," Pelosi said at a press conference. "It's just appalling. This is a health issue, and it falls right in there with a lot of other initiatives that they had coming up on the floor about clean air, clean water, mercury -- you name it. source
Die on the floor?  What in hell is this foolish woman talking about?  The bill simply says that we the taxpayers don't wish to pay for abortions, the vast majority which are procured for matters of convenience.  Is there anything complicated about that?  And while we're at it - I don't want to pay for your birth control, either.  Let's not leave out the guys.  You can pay for your own Viagra, too!

Is Abortion Ever Necessary to Save a Woman’s Life?

Abortion is never necessary to save a woman’s life. Four hundred and eighty physicians have signed a public declaration stating: “I agree that there is never a situation in the law or in the ethical practice of medicine where a preborn child’s life need be intentionally destroyed by procured abortion for the purpose of saving the life of the mother.”
Source: American Life League. Declaration: Protecting the Life of the Mother. http://all.org/article.php?id=10682. abortion  facts
What the Catholic Church teaches about abortion:

The Church's unfailing teaching on abortion is very clear indeed – to directly procure an abortion or to assist in the procuring of an abortion (by performing it, assisting in the performance of an abortion, or by encouraging or paying for another to have an abortion) is considered to be a grave sin. It is considered to be on the same level as murder, as it is – in fact – the murder of an innocent human being who cannot defend him or herself in any way.

An abortion carried out with the express purpose of aborting the child is always considered to be a grave sin – regardless of whether or not the child is the product of rape or incest, or the child will be born with birth defects.

If a medical procedure is carried out which is deemed by competent medical professionals to be vital to the survival of the mother which may possibly or definitely will result in an abortion, then this is not a sin provided that the abortion of the child is not an expressly desired result. For example, if a woman has an ectopic pregnancy (where the baby develops outside the womb) and her doctors determine that the only way to ensure her survival is to remove her fallopian tube (killing the baby in the process) then that is not a sin because the death of the child is not desired. If is an unavoidable consequence of the procedure to save the mother's life.

Update:

Another "Catholic" speaks:
(Floor Action) — Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.) on Thursday charged House Republicans of misogynous motives in bringing up a bill that seeks to limit federal funding for abortion.
“What my colleagues on the other side of the aisle are attempting to do is misogynist,” Speier said on the House floor. “It is absolutely misogynist.”
“This bill goes to the farthest extreme in trying to take women down, not just a peg, but to take in shackles to some cave somewhere,” Speier said. “Basically what this bill would do is say that any hospital could decline to provide services to one class of people in this country, and that one class of people are pregnant women.”  H/T Weasel Zippers

Emphasis mine:
In step with the anti-corporate protests cropping up across the country and around the world, North Idaho residents have scheduled an Occupy Wall Street event in Coeur d'Alene for this Saturday.
According to the Occupy Coeur d'Alene Facebook page, the event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on October 15 at 111 South 1st Street, at the Hagadone Corporation facility.  source
Well - not exactly "North Idaho residents."  How about a few (very few) North Idaho residents who have nothing better to do?
