First I see a story about two doctors, husband and wife, who ripped down a Trump flag belonging to a 67 yo who lived by them while their children watched and the older one pleaded with them not to do it or they'd be arrested.

One thing I'm prone to do is Google where someone lives and in this case it was clear that they bought a McMansion, valued at roughly 1 million, among more ordinary houses.

Even though they were arrested and charged with a slew of offences, including contributing to the delinquency of a minor, my head started to swell, my outrage meter spiked into the red zone, and sweat popped out on my forehead.

How dare these arrogant slimy entitled pretend elitists damage the property of a senior citizen just because they suffered from terminal TDS. If it's God's will I hope their gynecology practices implode, their children are removed from them, and they are shunned by their neighbors as the malignant creeps they are. 



Just as my heart started to return to normal I stumble on fake Catholic Pelosi standing in front of her very expensive refrigerator touting how she soothes herself with ice cream that costs $13.00 a pint.  Hey, not to worry dirt people - you can have it delivered for about $19.00.

Is it possible to be anymore arrogant and tone deaf?  I doubt it.  Over 22 million people are out of work wondering how they're going to pay their mortgage or rent, put food on the table, and care for their families and this arrogant multi-millionaire is telling them to buy ice cream?

And to make it worse, she's got a sweater tied around her shoulders in the best preppy fashion and it's orange. I hate orange. I hate it to point of wishing it would be banished from the color wheel. Apologies to those of you who like orange.

The ashwagandha that I just started taking was no help for the buckets of cortisol my adrenals were spewing out.

Feedback Needed re: Blogger Problems

Thanks to the tech savvy Diogenes' Middle Finger for suggesting my sidebar may be overloaded - primarily the loooonnng list of previous posts which is something I have never liked, but never made an effort to correct.  I hate dinking around with tech crap and operate on a need-to-know basis. When I absolutely need to know something tech related I go find out what it is.

I was fully prepared to get my own domain and move my blog today, but after cleaning up my sidebar, my blog is now visible in it's entirety to me.  That doesn't mean it might still not be on my calendar for the the future, but it seems to have been removed as an emergency situation.  

The question is:  What are you seeing?  The major problem seemed to be with viewing with Chrome, but if you could please take a moment and let me know if you are still having problems and what they are I would be very grateful. Her concern is for the America people?  I don't think the ordinary dirt person ever enters what is left of any conscious thought she's possible of conjuring up from the depths of her addled brain.

Schumer weighs in by essentially calling the president of the United States a liar, and both he and Pelosi keep rattling on and on about not shutting down the government and how worried the average person is about such an outcome.

I have news for you two - the average person in the U.S. would just as soon the majority of the government was shut down permanently.  The feds meddling in education, environment, energy, and the numerous HUD programs should all be abolished.

Afterwards, Schumer and Pelosi spoke to the press with Pelosi saying she suggested that Trump pray over their proposals.  Really, Nancy? I suggest that the one who needs to pray is you.  An abortion supporting "Catholic" needs for her pastor to explain to her that because of her support for killing babies in utero she's on a fast track to hell, is not in good standing with the Church, and should never receive Holy Eucharist until she makes a good confession and publicly rescinds her support for abortion.

What is this "seamless garment theory" and why is it important.

Based on John 19:23:

When the soldiers crucified Jesus, they took his clothes, dividing them into four shares, one for each of them, with the undergarment remaining. This garment was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom.

I have no desire to go into a lengthy discussion of the seamless garment argument in defense of abortion. The seamless garment essentially lumps all "life issues" - poverty, homelessness, health care, war, capital punishment, and abortion as equal to each other.  The pro-death folks unwittingly use this theory to defend the killing of babies in the womb.

For instance, a child who is going to be born into poverty would be better off being killed since the pro-abortion peeps think pro-life people don't care about the hungry baby after he or she is born.  Or, it's okay to kill a baby since we execute criminals.

The meme to the right is a perfect example of seamless garment thinking. Obviously, the issue of seamless garment is a bit deeper and I suggest that you do some research on your own because you're going to hear this sort of rhetoric from pro-abortion people all the time.

So now we have self-professed "devout" Catholic Pelosi, elected by her constituents to represent them, who stands around, no doubt drugged to the gills, in order to blah blah for 8 hours about protecting illegals.

And yet, this "devout" Catholic, supports a "woman's right to choose" to kill her baby.  It' a form of seamless garment going on here. What's she's actually saying is that illegals not being able to stay here is just as important as killing babies.

 Her logic is so faulty (nonexistent?) that she's incapable of realizing that her seamless garment theory actually supports abolishing abortion since it's equal in injustice to deporting illegal aliens.  And since we can't as good Christians deport illegals, what follows, for anyone who has more than three black eyed peas rattling around in their skull, is we shouldn't be able to kill babies.  Isn't equality great? 

And the gall of that woman to invoke the image of her two rosaries, blessed by Popes, to make her case.  Note to Nancy - I have a rosary blessed by a Pope and merely having it hasn't made me one bit holier - and neither have yours.

Which brings me to the Women't March pink pussy hat wearing hate group.

Lest you think you're immune if you're not Catholic, you had better take a hard look at whatever church you attend.  Does your church promote "social justice", prosperity gospel, or celebrate homosexuality?

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi took the lead this week in a high-profile lobbying effort to pressure San Francisco Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone not to attend the controversial March for Marriage event, which she characterized as "venom masquerading as virtue."

Pelosi, who is one of the country's most powerful Catholic politicians, made a passionate appeal to the archbishop in a letter obtained by The Chronicle not to participate in the National Organization for Marriage's June 19 march on the Supreme Court in Washington.

Cordileone, who is one of the featured speakers at the event, was a leader in the campaign for Proposition 8, the 2008 California anti-gay-marriage initiative.

"We share our love of the Catholic faith and our city of San Francisco," Pelosi wrote to Cordileone, who, as head of the 560,000-member Archdiocese of San Francisco, has become the Catholic bishops' point man against gay marriage. She urged him to abandon an event in which some of the participants show "disdain and hate towards LGBT persons."

Invoking the words of Pope Francis with regard to gays and lesbians, she wrote, "If someone is gay and is searching for the Lord and has good will, then who am I to judge him?"  read it all

The article calls Ms Pelosi "one of the country's most powerful Catholic politicians" which is ludicrous.  There is a big difference between a lapsed Catholic and a Catholic in good standing.  Pelosi publicly advocates for murder abortion of innocent defenseless children and promotes the concept of homosexual unions being called "marriage."  Neither is Catholic teaching.  Not one tiny little bit! 

Notice how Ms Pelosi suggests that if you think marriage is only between a man and a woman, you are showing "disdain and hate towards LGBT persons."  Yet she invokes the out-of-context words of Pope Francis to say "who are we to judge."

Back at ya, Nancy. 

I can well imagine Archbishop Cordileone, a very smart man of considerable charm and grace, "laughing his you know what" off.

We are in a seriously dangerous position when it comes to the Constitution, and yet we allow ourselves to be manipulated into angst about nonsense.  We jump on any new outrage pushed down our willing throats. 

Even liberal professor of law at George Washington University Jonathon Turley had this to say when he testified before the House Judiciary Committee Wednesday:

We are in the midst of a constitutional crisis with sweeping implications for our system of government. There has been a massive gravitational shift of authority to the Executive Branch that threatens the stability and functionality of our tripartite system. To be sure, this shift did not begin with President Obama. However, it has accelerated at an alarming rate under this Administration. These changes are occurring in a political environment with seemingly little oxygen for dialogue, let alone compromise. source 

Yet this same professor doesn't think Obama has committed an impeachable offense:

I do not believe that President Obama has committed impeachable offenses in these areas even though I believe that he has knowingly and repeatedly violated the Constitution. 

It's easy to become discouraged.  However, once you realize that there is little you can do in any substantive way to change the trajectory of the country, you'll be able to think closer to home and do the things necessary to protect yourself.
 
My advice?  Learn to fly under the radar - and buy toilet paper.

Are people so severely math-challenged that they can't add up the skyrocketing cost of a monthly premium, a huge deductible, and still having to pay 40% - 60% of a medical bill while doing the happy dance over getting "free" birth control?  No, you moron - your "free" birth control just cost you tens of thousands of dollars.

Yep, ranks right up there with the huge number of "health" policies that will pay for abortion on demand, after the individual pays, of course, an exorbitant monthly premium and shells out a huge deductible, and an additional percentage of the bill, because nothing says freedom like a dead baby.

Moving on to Obama's most urgent priority, after he returns from his luxurious vacation in Hawaii;  why, it's extending unemployment insurance to people who have lost their jobs because of the policies of this administration.

Nancy Pelosi thinks unemployment is the "biggest job creator and boost to the economy", because for the math challenged, we all know that taking, for instance, $100.00 away from one person and giving it to someone else to spend means there is now $200.00 floating around in the ether - or something. 
 


And in an effort to relieve one of our other huge problems, income inequality, we are witnessing the push for a higher minimum wage.  I work in a grocery store a few hours a week, and if they had to pay the teenage baggers and cart pushers $10.00 per hour, I can safely predict that the entire bunch of the aforementioned teenagers would be out of a job.

You may also expect to see robots making your hamburgers at your favorite fast food place in the very near future.  A robot will do a better job, cost less, not show up late, call in hungover sick, and won't have disgusting eyebrow or nose rings.

Fun in the Mile High City:

Denver, in living up to its name as the "Mile High City", has residents lined up to fork over two hundred plus dollars for an ounce of marijuana. Can you use your unemployment bennies to buy your pot?  Expect a surge of really fat people in Denver soon.

As many as 30 stores throughout Colorado will sell recreational weed. But it's uncertain how many will open on the holiday, according to marijuana advocates and state officials.

Of the estimated 30 stores, 18 are in Denver, and several were expected to be open for business at the earliest allowed time, 8 a.m. MT. One Denver shop scheduled a news conference for the occasion.

"With Washington state next to implement marijuana legalization and other states strongly considering enacting similar laws, we believe this marks the beginning of the end of the nation's decades-long war on marijuana and its harmful human and fiscal toll," Ezekiel Edwards, a director at the American Civil Liberties Union, said in a statement. source

 Sheeple Report out of Connecticut:

Connecticut gun owners are rushing to register certain firearms and ammunition that will be considered illegal contraband in the new year.

Under a wide-ranging gun control law passed after the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown, they have until Tuesday to submit the paperwork with the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection. source

Emergency Services and Public Protection???  If this doesn't send chills down your spine, you must be dead.

Golden wordsmith, Francis Porretto, has convinced me to try some science fiction reading.  Naturally, I will take this foray into a literary genre I'm not fond of with one of his books, Which Art in Hope since he is capable of stringing together words with such magnificence that I am almost ashamed to put fingers to keyboard.  The question of the century is, "Can Frank Porretto make me actually like science fiction?  A full report will be issued upon completion of the book.

It's time for breakfast and later today a full-on feast.  After reading the "food porn" post my husband wandered into the dining room and rather wistfully asked, "Are we really having french fries?"  Um - yeah, we are.
