is what shocks me the most.
Even during the last presidential election cycle the agenda of the vile virtue signaling anti-Christian communist agenda was still somewhat under wraps. Over the past few years it has risen to the surface like sour cream on top of milk.
I am not so naive as to believe this is the first time evil has lurked about in the world. Bad people have always existed and will continue to exist.
But I don't recall a time in the history of this nation when evil has become a wholesale commodity spurred on by "social" media and fake news which in the past would be correctly identified as propaganda.
The conservatives are left speechless hearing people declaring things that a decade ago were not even uttered in polite company nor argued about in public. Arguing about when it's okay to kill a developing baby in the womb, marches declaring "love is love" for behavior that is perverted by all rational standards, and the overt hatred of Christians just barely scrapes off the top layer of rot that the left has produced.
The commie/libtards are perpetually aggrieved, bitter, and envious. They try to cover their inadequacies by appealing to some idealistic idea that as soon as they're in charge everything will be fields of flowers and rainbow unicorns. It won't.
Tomorrow I (a deplorable, nazi, homophobic, islamaphobe, dirt person, and right-wing religious extremist) will bring you a story that is sure to make you feel better about the world and spur you on to all sorts of great things. Promise!

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (aka Empty Cortex) from bartender to congress...
how did this happen?
Anyone who has given this a moment's thought has probably asked themselves that question. I certainly have.
I'm sure many of you have had pieces of the puzzle just as I did. The following video links them together. However, at first I thought the video didn't go deep enough and wondered who was behind the designated "top dog." After giving it some additional thought and investigating the myriad PACs they're behind, it occurred to me these people can fund their own traitorous machinations.
So how do we know if this video is "fake news?" While being peripherally aware of many of the people and organizations mentioned, I've had to wander around the interwebz checking out much of what is brought out in this video. I am not pleased with what I found. I'm actually a bit terrified.
I've included many links on the bottom as starting points for you to do your own research. Yes - many of them are Wiki, but Wiki can be a good starting off point for deeper research.
One thing I know for absolute certain is the defining fact about all these bad actors. To a one they are not believers in the Triune God and they are actively anti-Christian. In view of that, I highly suggest you read Ephesians 6:11-17.
Pay attention to the four names Allen West mentions in this very short clip. If you've watched the first video, then your spidey sense should be quivering.

If you're laughing at AOC - you need to stop and lets make crustless breakfast quiche...
one has nothing to do with the other, but we're going there anyway.
If you are a member of the citizenship of this country who is laughing hysterically over Empty Cortex's green deal, listen up. Listen closely.
The commie/marxist/libtards are not laughing. Not even so much as a chuckle. Spy on a few of your libtard friends on Facecrap. After witnessing them praising socialism, head over to Huff and Puff and read some of the comments.
These morons think the head moron, Empty Cortex, is the future of this country. Now, considering my age, I really don't give a crap. I'll be long gone before the left has totally destroyed this country. But you younger people had better get off your duffs and do something to put a stop to this insanity.
Let's not leave out the people cheering post-birth abortion - what we deplorable dirt people call murder. It is not often I am left almost speechless, but the goings on of the past few weeks have managed to almost silence me.
Empty is a having her puppet strings pulled by someone of wealth, power, and influence to further their agenda of power resulting in the destruction of the finest country to ever grace this planet - just as Odumbo was and is.
And, if you don't trust my creds, both Rush and Sean are agreeing with my assessment.
I repeat - do not underestimate the virtue signalling stupidity of the left.
Keto Friendly Breakfast Quiche
Moving on to a much more enjoyable subject: to wit - saving money and making a nutritiously good convenient breakfast for the freezer.
I grabbed a package of the frozen Kellogg's Breakfast Quiche at Costco because they had a coupon and I thought they sounded good. They were okay, but I immediately knew I could do way better for way less $$.
Last night I made stuffed mushrooms and knew the one pound package of ground beef I used for the stuffing would be too much. But I also knew the extra would be perfect to make breakfast quiche.
This morning I grabbed my muffin tin and filled each cup half way with the left over seasoned meat from last night. I added chopped up left over steamed broccoli, added a bit of shredded cheddar, mixed it up, added eggs, and baked. Simple.
Now these quiches are quite large since I no longer own a regular muffin tin (ala Marie Kondo) and this is the one I use for Yorkshire Pudding. However, each one is only about one and a half eggs, plus about 4 or 5 tablespoons of ground beef, and a smattering of cheddar cheese, so they're perfect for an adult. If you're making these for kiddos, use a regular muffin tin, give them some ketchup, and breakfast is served.
I won't be giving you a slew of exact instructions. It all depends on what you use and how big the tins. You can use anything you have on hand - sausage, bacon, different types of cheese, veggies, and on and on. Don't eat meat? Fine. Just use veggies and cheese. These are your breakfast quiches so make them anyway you want to.
No muffin tin? No problem. Just make them in a pan, cut into squares, and freeze.
The Kellogg quiches cost about $1.44 each. These homemade quiches log in at about $ .40 each. Ones made in a regular muffin tin clock in at about $ .33 each. That's quite a savings for healthy and convenient food.
In process:
Adding some cheese:
Whipping up some eggs:
After a quick stir they're ready for the oven. I baked them at 350° for about 25 minutes:
Finished:
Cooling before wrapping in plastic wrap for freezer. I added the fork so you could judge the size.
When ready to eat, pop in microwave for about 2 minutes.
Now - I have wallpaper border to take down in preparation to repaint a room. Someone (who shall remain nameless) decided it would be a splendid idea to put up a border with fat little cherubs flapping about under a garland of flowers. You can click on the pic to enlarge, but I don't recommend it if you've recently eaten. It sort of fit the shabby chic style I this person thought was just oh-so-cool. What I this person was thinking (many years ago) is beyond me. What makes it worse is this used to be my this person's office, but is now my this person's husband's office. No man should have to work under the auspicious of a bunch of fat dancing angels.

The diffuser, which had $20.00 off bringing the price to $39.95, is being returned tomorrow. I immediately purchased this one for the second time and had it delivered in one day.

Conservative students at Portland State University claim that a classmate spat on them while they hosted a “Capitalism vs. Socialism” display on Thanksgiving Day.
The event, which was co-hosted by the PSU College Republicans and Turning Point USA (TPUSA) chapters, sought to contrast the material benefits of capitalism with the poverty created by socialism in the context of competing Thanksgiving feasts.
One table, emblazoned with the words “This is your Thanksgiving on capitalism,” featured a table full of fake fruit, a turkey, a gold bust and coins, sunglasses, drink cozies, and buttons stating “Big Government Sucks” and “Free Markets Free People.”
In contrast, another table, labeled “This is your Thanksgiving on socialism,” featured a handful of spiders and a single pear, all presided over by a skeleton leaning back in a chair.
Edward Mentrum, President of PSU TPUSA and organizer of the display, told Campus Reform that the event was intended to “stir a discussion on campus about capitalism and socialism,” and “make a clear statement to showcase the stark differences between socialism and capitalism.
“A lot of people are tired of the socialist's ideological monopoly on campus, and they're ready for a change,” Mentrum explained. “Far too many people on campus are afraid to speak up, so we want to change that.”
While Mentrum confirmed that the event had a lot of support, he also reported that things quickly escalated when one student took issue with the display. Read the Rest and weep.

France goes full bore Socialist...
So the French vote in a socialist. And we are surprised, why?
NB: Blogger has decided that double-spacing suits it better today and I don't have time to fix it. Sorry...
Here's what I find disturbing. Anyone perusing what I call the "girlie blogs", which is the designation I've given to the decor and lifestyle blogs, and not a reference to undressed women, will immediately be inundated with all things French.
Most of these ladies have a lust for the French lifestyle that is nothing if not romanticized. For them, the French represent all that is good in the world. The French ladies are thinner, more chic, and decorate with a certain "je nais se quoi" that we are incapable of pulling off. The very fact that they would use a term like je nais se quoi even says a lot about them.
They think the French lifestyle is more cosmopolitan, and that their habit of shopping every day is to be desired; never mind the reason they do this is because they live in an apartment the size of a walk-in-closet equipped with a refrigerator that would make the average dorm room fridge appear large.
I remember one blogger in particular who decided she was going to keep a "French pantry" - which translates to "empty." She was going to visit the grocery store, if not every day, then at least every other day. So French and chic! I laughed and wondered how that was going to work. It lasted about one week before she saw the wisdom of our American ways.
I wonder how easy it would be to convince these women that the French way of life should become our way of life, including their socialist ways? I'm thinking...pretty easy.

Communists in the Supreme Court?...

Who are the supporters of "big government"...
and by extension, Obama and his minions?
Good question. Look around you at the people you know who support Obama. We know the inner-city welfare dependent thinks he's just great because he wants to give them "free" stuff. But what of the so-called middle or upper middle class folks who tout the "progressive" (read socialism or communism) program as the path to prosperity and fairness for all?
I'm not a researcher and I don't have access to all of these people, but I can certainly observe and listen to those I know personally, and those I know remotely through comments on blogs, websites, and Facebook. It's one of the reasons I pay more attention to comments on articles rather than the articles themselves.
In today's world of instant communication, people are extraordinarily willing to put out thoughts and feelings for public consumption that in the past would be considered private. They feel protected by some perceived fire-wall of anonymity freeing them to say the most astonishing things.
The folks I know personally tend to fall into two categories; the first consists of academics and those who hold public sector union type jobs, and the second consists of people who essentially failed at life, either financially or personally, and blame others for whatever they think they lack.
The first group tends to be corralled and cosseted in a ghetto of their own making. They remain apart from the real world, protected by their tenure, benefit packages, pensions, and unions. They tend to be intellectually incurious, mainly because they don't have to be, due to being surrounded by people who march in lock-step with them. For the academics, their demeanor is one of Gnostic smugness; "I have all the answers for the world's problems, and you don't." For public sector union types such as postal employees, they've had the life stomped out of them by the very system they claim to like.
I know of a retired teacher receiving a very healthy pension (now teaching part-time in another district) express confusion when she went to the social security office to find out how much she would be receiving, and was told "nothing." After all, she'd been working for a few years in her new district where she was paying social security. During the previous 30 or so years, she had opted out in favor of her pension. She really thought that a few years of paying a miniscule amount into social security entitled her to receive a check every month. Where did she think the money for what she thought she was owed was going to come from? This sort of thinking is no different than that of inner-city fourth generation welfare recipients.
The second group consists of the folks I like to call the "I'm a failure and it must the fault of someone else because I'm so smart that it couldn't possibly be my fault" group. They're the ones who, when a downturn in their economic outlook happens or a personal problem occurs, never stop to examine the reason and adjust their course. They immediately look for someone or something else to blame. We're witnessing this on a national scale with our current president. If someone does point out a different path for them to follow, they become angry and defensive. Such people have made the leap from blaming individuals all the way to blaming the entire "system." Capitalism and religion are failures; therefore, I failed and it's not fair.
Bruce McQuain's article today is a must read and should help to impress upon us the importance of this upcoming election. The time for game playing with those who wish us harm is over.

How important is this next election?
Allen West caused a bit of a stir the other day when he claimed that about 80 members of Congress were communists (my guess is he was speaking mostly of members of the liberal caucus). Democrats reacted predictably and the usual flurry of denials was seen. Even the Communist Party USA weighed in denying any members of Congress were members. The fact that none are members or carried on the CPUSA rolls doesn’t really make a convincing case.
However I’m not even going to go there.
But can anyone deny that there has been a rising drumbeat of leftist calls that would lead directly to a form of socialism if they had their way? Bill Ayers? Van Jones?
And while members of Congress may not officially be “communists”, can anyone deny that a good number of them would be more comfortable with a socialist form of government than the relatively free one we enjoy now? If so, explain Bernie Sanders. If so, explain most of the liberal caucus. If so, explain much of academia. READ THE REST

So all you social justice spoiled yuppie types sitting around some chi-chi coffee house drinking your over-priced soy lattes while demanding "free" stuff and congratulating each other on how superior you are, listen to the truth. When you get what you think you want, you will be the first to be turned into fertilizer so the elites will have lots of healthy veggies to eat. This interview is broken into three chapters, each less than 15 minutes. All three chapters have valuable insights, delivered from the heart, but I especially recommend the third chapter, where Zina delivers a message to her fellow Americans, many of whom have come to take America’s freedoms for granted. See also the post at this link where Zina addresses a Tea Party Rally with her presentation “Do You See What I See?”.
I have nothing but contempt for you...
You dishonor the legacy of every immigrant who came to this country, worked hard, raised families, and made this country what it is.

Marxism and Communism is popping up everywhere today...
which has me a bit surprised - not because I think it's bad, but for the exact opposite reason. It's time we started facing the real problems in our society.
Let's start ourmorning afternoon tour with American Thinker's Preschools Are Using a Marxist's Theories to Manufacture Collectivists
Next, follow me to Green Mountains Homesteading who said, This is what I have been trying to tell you people... and leads us all to a wonderfully done historical perspective on German interwar history at the GardenSerf - The Years of Crisis and Real Blood in the Streets
After imbibing on these bits of history, hop on over to Doug Ross who asks Who is the Real "Reich Wing."
and continues on with One Election Away From Serfdom.
On to Western Voices World News and Multiculturalism's Marxist Roots.
Notice a theme developing here? More and more people are looking to our past to predict our future.

Breaking: Daily Kos has decided to throw it's considerable influence behind the Tea Party movement...
Well not exactly...
Instead, they're planning a grassroots smear campaign to "get as many undecided voters as possible to read the most damaging news article about the Republican candidate for Congress in their district" by posting as many links as possible to the aforementioned damaging articles. Oh yes - you are urged to sign up with The Daily Kos to participate. Hmmmm - would this have anything to do with enlarging their subscriptions? (No link to the Daily Kos on purpose)
This comes as no surprise after reading what Stacy McCain posted on the video documenting the role of activists apparently organized by Neal Rauhauser with ties to The Daily Kos This material is vile but needs to be seen. Know thy enemy is a wise saying and the enemy is a Godless, vile group of people.
None of this surprises me. The Marxist lefties of this country are unable to defend their position with even the tiniest modicum of intelligence and so must resort to boorish childish name calling. Keep it classy, lefties!
This Isn't About Obama
Mind-Numbed Robot has been working hard to bring us important information about who the enemy is on the state level with his new page The Socia-list. And he has become perturbed because people don't seem all that interested. And he has a right to be perturbed.
The majority of the people of this country are so used to constant diversion and entertainment that any post title that doesn't startle them out of their lethargy is passed over for something way more interesting. All this focus on Obama, who is nothing more than an empty-suited sock-puppet, is diverting us from the real culprits. We are over saturated with minutiae that means nothing.
The Robot explains the list:
Well said, Robot!
Hey, how about more government control?
If you like your tax preparer, you can keep your tax preparer. Well, maybe not. We heard of this possible scenario from our tax preparer last year. Government licensing is one of the biggest scams perpetrated on the American public. It's nothing more than legalized stealing. Ask anyone who has ever had a bad haircut how well that occupational licensing worked for them.

And About Emails:
Since Frontier took over from Verizon, my email accounts have been totally whacked. After great assistance from my email provider, I am able to send emails from my private account. However, there were some emails still dumping into Frontier and not being forwarded to my "real" account. So - if you received no answer or a weird answer with an old date, or any of the other myriad of things that have been going wrong, it'sBush's Frontiers fault.
There's much more but I'm still dealing with the left-over flu syndrome thingie and must go rest. Last evening I managed to slither down to the library and grabbed a few more books (can't have too many books) and am headed to the couch to peruse the printed word.
Hubby is also on the upward path to wellness and we are not longer a "two-bucket family."

The Robot explains the list:
Why the list?
Because, you need to know who your friends are in government. Likewise, your foes.
These names are taken directly from the Progressive States Network website and are noted as having signed the PSN HealthCare letter supporting ObamaCare.
As such, it is my never so humble opinion that these individuals have no clue as to the limits the Constitution of the United States places on the Federal government and should either reconsider their stance on this issue or lose their office.
ObamaCare is unconstitutional, socialistic and furthers the implementation of and forces a soft tyranny on every American citizen with its overreaching federal intrusion into our lives.
Vote these people out of office. Support their Republican opponents, if available.
Well said, Robot!

What the hell is that loon doing sitting around backyards talking to a handpicked bunch of people that think he's the "won" ? w/Update
I actually have this backyard conflab running in the background (live from the All Barack Channel) and it is surreal...
A woman actually thanked him for sending her a check for $250.00 so she could buy heart medication. Now a woman is explaining the "doughnut hole" and how "once people understand this plan they'll love it." Where have we heard this before?
Dear Lord, please, please tell me the American public is not so stupid that they'd fall for this nonsense.
I have to turn this off and eat breakfast...
Update:
I've got it now (slapping hand to forehead.) It's an infomercial like the guy selling the Sludge-o-Matic. Gather an adoring audience around to help sell your product. The people who will buy a Sludge-o-Matic will buy this carp. That's scary - I heard the sales of the Sludge-o-Matic was at an all time high.

Spreading Manure
No, I'm not talking about O-whats-his name, although he has mastered the art of spreading sh*t. I'm referring to the two dump truck loads of the finest composted manure a person could ever hope to have. Do you know how much manure that is? Imagine your 10 x 14 foot living room filled to the ceiling with manure and you'll have an idea of one of my two piles. Moving that manure to my various gardens has become a full-time job. I have visions of this continuing until they finally just bury me in the shit stuff. Handy, quick, and green.
There is so much crazy stuff going on in this country, I am rendered speechless (and when is a little old Italian type lady ever rendered speechless?) While all you younger bloggers are suitably outrageous, it occurred to me that the few of us who are a bit more advanced in age suffer to a much greater degree. I'm not downplaying your angst or attempting to make it into a contest, but those of us who are closer to 65 or 70 are able to remember a world that at least had the appearance of sanity.
Oh sure, we had WW II, Korea, and witnessed the civil rights movement up close and personal. But before the 60's hippies hit the scene, for the most part we lived in a world where people shunned divorce, thought babies born out of wedlock were a disgrace, kept their mouths shut about the manner in which they engaged in sex, and vile language and derision by our elected officials was kept in the back room where it belonged. I remember when Lucy and Desi couldn't even be shown on TV in the same bed. I thought my parents were weird because they had a double bed instead of twin beds. In those days, pregnant women had their tummies hidden on TV, whereas today, nursing mothers argue for the right to flop their breasts out in public.
Our "culture" has become course, crude, and just plain ugly. Little girls dress like hookers, grown men go shopping in T-shirts with vulgar statements emblazoned on their sagging chests, women appear in public in pajamas, and our first lady attends a state dinner with her breasts "all squished up" as Glenn Beck so delicately said on his show.
We are fast becoming a nation of weak and vapid people who care more about the biggest loser, when in the real world, we are the biggest loser. We have lost our sense of beauty and graciousness, and we have lost our sense of God. Remember that saying, "God doesn't make junk?" Then tell me why we act like junk?
The socialistic government the "elites" of this country are busy ramming down our throats depends on such ugliness because socialism is ugly. By its nature, socialism must have an enemy. It must pit classes of people against each other. Why else would the president of this country allow a leader of a foreign nation to stand in front of congress and denigrate America? Why else would the socialists in congress stand and applaud this travesty?
It is my opinion, based on watching this administration, that we are being maneuvered into more rash and ugly behavior. It's a short step from shooting someone the finger from a car, or ramming a shopping cart in a store (something I actually had happen at Costco last week), to taking a swing at someone who offends you.
Even Dr. Zero, a voice of reason and calm, sounds a bit peeved in his latest article "The Feral Vanguard."

There is going to be a "new world order", but as I've said before, it will not be what the people in charge are envisioning. This world is too large to control and human nature being what it is, the snakes will soon consume their own tails. But not before causing untold damage and distress. The world I see coming will be a smaller world. We will be reconnected with our neighbor. Barter in the sense of doing for others what they can't do for themselves will return. And there will be a spiritual renewal as we turn to God for the answers that the failed government was unable to provide."Increasing levels of coercion are necessary to expand the socialist system, and keep wealth producers trapped within it. To maintain popular support, the socialist needs voters to stay angry at designated class enemies. The Obama style of total government control over private businesses tends to turn feral with frightening speed, because it attempts to preserve the illusion of private enterprise, even as the “entrepreneurs” are enslaved to the total state."
