Has this past week been the weirdest ever?...

as you've probably noticed it has rendered me speechless.

I've spent an entire week watching the attempted destruction of this great country accelerate to mach 3 by the satanic members who populate the left - aka communists.

The crazy has gotten so bad there is simply nothing to say.

Today Nancy Pelosi and the rest of her evil coalition gathered together in the people's house to call our president a racist.  That is not what they were elected to do.

Anyone who has given this a moment's thought has probably asked themselves that question. I certainly have.

I'm sure many of you have had pieces of the puzzle just as I did. The following video links them together. However, at first I thought the video didn't go deep enough and wondered who was behind the designated "top dog." After giving it some additional thought and investigating the myriad PACs they're behind, it occurred to me these people can fund their own traitorous machinations.

So how do we know if this video is "fake news?" While being peripherally aware of many of the people and organizations mentioned, I've had to wander around the interwebz checking out much of what is brought out in this video. I am not pleased with what I found. I'm actually a bit terrified.

I've included many links on the bottom as starting points for you to do your own research.  Yes - many of them are Wiki, but Wiki can be a good starting off point for deeper research.

One thing I know for absolute certain is the defining fact about all these bad actors.  To a one they are not believers in the Triune God and they are actively anti-Christian. In view of that, I highly suggest you read Ephesians 6:11-17.

it's a good day in Idaho.

I've heard a rumor that we broke some snow records with something like 25" in the first two weeks of February.

I do know that on our windy day, our road was completely drifted over.  Our wonderful snow plow fairy was able to open the road and we are grateful.

Meantime, I wish I could tell you I suffered a major sprain of my left hand last Monday when I rappelled down the White Cliffs of Dover, but alas - I tripped over my hair dryer cord.  How boring!  Thinking I had disengaged my huge fluffy slippers with the sequined stars adorning the front, I admit to being wrong.  Breaking the resulting tumble caused an ugly sprain to my left hand.  Typing was almost impossible.  Obviously I am on the mend and will even go to the gym later although I may have to do mainly lower body exercises so as to not aggravate my sprain.

I'm reading The Forgotten Man: A New History of the Great Depression, byAmity Shlaes, and what an eyeopener it is.  In particular, her description of a group of the "intelligentsia" making a junket in 1927  to the Soviet Union and how clever and wonderful they thought Stalin and communism was.

The difference between then and now is that back in 1927 these dopes came home and were essentially ignored.  Now we elect them to office where they are hard at work doing their best to destroy America - both the reality of the country and the idea of the country. 

How did this happen?

I'm asking for your input here, because I'm not going to be one teeny bit shy on giving you my opinion, and it's not pretty. 

People of faith, Christians and Jews, have been unable to imagine or understand the minds of the people who have turned their backs on God.  They've been too busy enjoying the fruits of our great county.  They allowed the Godless ones to infiltrate the schools and poison their children's minds. They have elected them to office on the promise of "free stuff."  They have allowed the Godless ones to redefine depravity as good and good as evil.

They have stood back and swallowed the lie that being created equal means we are equal. They have divorced, contracepted, and aborted babies right along with the most Godless in our society.  They jumped on the SJW diversity train to inequality where some pigs are more important than other pigs. They have stood by when Christians, Catholics in particular, are demonized.

Empty Cortex and the Green New Deal is the result of decades of turning the other cheek.  It's the result of not understanding who these people are.

Listen to what one of the men on the junket to the Soviet Union in 1927 said in a letter to his mother:

This is what the communists of today want for you.  The collective being poor together is a dream for them.  They, however, will not be joining you in poorness.

My time of referring to them as commie/marxist/libtards has come to an end.  From now on they will be called exactly what they are - communists. 

I see a glimmer of hope that the populace is waking up to the threat.  Will enough people wake up in time?

Keto Friendly Breakfast Quiche

Moving on to a much more enjoyable subject: to wit - saving money and making a nutritiously good convenient breakfast for the freezer.

I grabbed a package of the frozen Kellogg's Breakfast Quiche at Costco because they had a coupon and I thought they sounded good.  They were okay, but I immediately knew I could do way better for way less $$.

Last night I made stuffed mushrooms and knew the one pound package of ground beef I used for the stuffing would be too much. But I also knew the extra would be perfect to make breakfast quiche.

This morning I grabbed my muffin tin and filled each cup half way with the left over seasoned meat from last night.  I added chopped up left over steamed broccoli, added a bit of shredded cheddar, mixed it up, added eggs, and baked. Simple.

Now these quiches are quite large since I no longer own a regular muffin tin (ala Marie Kondo) and this is the one I use for Yorkshire Pudding.  However, each one is only about one and a half eggs, plus about 4 or 5 tablespoons of ground beef, and a smattering of cheddar cheese, so they're perfect for an adult. If you're making these for kiddos, use a regular muffin tin, give them some ketchup, and breakfast is served.

I won't be giving you a slew of exact instructions.  It all depends on what you use and how big the tins.  You can use anything you have on hand - sausage, bacon, different types of cheese, veggies, and on and on.  Don't eat meat? Fine. Just use veggies and cheese.  These are your breakfast quiches so make them anyway you want to.

No muffin tin?  No problem.  Just make them in a pan, cut into squares, and freeze.

The Kellogg quiches cost about $1.44 each.  These homemade quiches log in at about $ .40 each.  Ones made in a regular muffin tin clock in at about $ .33 each.  That's quite a savings for healthy and convenient food.

After a quick stir they're ready for the oven. I baked them at 350° for about 25 minutes:

Cooling before wrapping in plastic wrap for freezer. I added the fork so you could judge the size.

When ready to eat, pop in microwave for about 2 minutes.

Now - I have wallpaper border to take down in preparation to repaint a room.  Someone (who shall remain nameless) decided it would be a splendid idea to put up a border with fat little cherubs flapping about under a garland of flowers. You can click on the pic to enlarge, but I don't recommend it if you've recently eaten.  It sort of fit the shabby chic style I this person thought was just oh-so-cool.  What I this person was thinking (many years ago) is beyond me. What makes it worse is this used to be my this person's office, but is now my this person's husband's office.  No man should have to work under the auspicious of a bunch of fat dancing angels.

Ordinarily, I ignore most news about Empty Cortex, but a few days ago she called General John Kelly a coward for not apologizing to congressclown Frederica Wilson (D-Fla.) .  Empty Cortex accused Kelly of lying about the clown.  Did he?  No.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez can insult and name call all she wants in regards to the General, but one thing she can NOT legitimately do is call the man a “Coward'” The man has lived a live of service to his, and our country, has also fought in some of the worst places on this planet, in hell holes, and in deserts, and has done so willingly in “service to this country”, something I assume she thinks she that so many of our Brave Men, and Women are currently doing today, Right Now, And Every Day!!

She is an embarrassment to the Brave men and women on both sides of the aisle who have served our county here in America, and everywhere across the ocean.

General Kelly, himself, will brush off Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez STUPID name calling comment because it was made by an insignificant MORON, as she is has proven herself to be too dumb to know what she is talking about no matter what the subject is about. Others, like myself, who have served our country, however, takes it a little bit more personally.
