And just like that the Gilroy Garlic shooter is no longer news...

wonder why?

First, let me say that many hours after the shooter was identified, CNN and Huff and Puff were still in the dark about his identity.  When they finally caught up with the rest of the world, they branded him a "white supremacist."  Ummm - no.

In addition, the commenters at both places were still busy speculating on his identity for three to four hours after he was identified by just about every new outlet proving that they live in a bubble of self imposed ignorance.

As of today CNN is still trying to tie the Iranian/Italian shooter to Trump or white supremacists.  Huff and Puff are completely ignoring the "mass shooting." Might it be because the shooter doesn't fit their carefully constructed profile?

Mass shooting?

Want to know where there is mass shootings every single week?  How about Chicago?

Chicago Year to Date

Shot & Killed: 269
Shot & Wounded: 1291
Total Shot: 1560
Total Homicides: 296

Just last week (7/21 - 7/27) seventy-one people were shot.  Let that sink in.  One week of shootings in Chicago totals seventy-one and no one even mentions it.

And rat infested Baltimore ranks number one in homicides per capita.

And no one cares.

Debates

Tonight the line up of mental midget Democrat commie primary challengers will take to the stage to see who can promise the most free stuff.  I watched the first snooze fest (aided by gobs of highly buttered popcorn), but won't waste one more minute until they thin the herd.

Suppressing Conservative News

As reported by Gateway Pundit:   Suburban Women Turn on Trump After Facebook Eliminates Conservative Content to These Critical Swing Voters
After the votes were counted and harvested in the 2018 midterm elections, Democrats took control of the US House of Representatives.
Wealthy suburban voters and women were credited by the media for the Democrat Party’s win.
40 Republican lawmakers lost their seats.
Why am I not surprised?

I harbor a lot of contempt for "suburban women."  Not the smartest bunch of peeps.  And boring.  Did I mention they're boring?

Newt Gingrich: Next the liberals will blame the Martians and HuffPost goes completely crackers...

"You're dealing with desperation on the left."

And nothing points more to this desperation than this screed I stumbled upon at the Huffington Post by Michelangelo Signorile, the editor-at-large of Queer Voices, To Save America We Must Stop Being Polite And Immediately Start Raising Hell.

You could almost stop reading at that over wrought title because I can't recall a gaggle of libtards ever being polite and they're forever raising hell.

Signorile (why's a nice Italian boy having sex with other boys??) is famous for liking to "out" other homosexuals and his activism over AIDS.
This is how he plans to save America:
It's time to move beyond polite protests within specified boundaries. It’s time to escalate the expression of our outrage and our anger in a massive way.
Starting today and from here on, no elected official ― certainly those in the GOP defending and supporting Trump on a variety of issues, for example ― should be able to sit down for a nice, quiet lunch or dinner in a Washington, DC eatery or even in their own homes. They should be hounded by protestors everywhere, especially in public ― in restaurants, in shopping centers, in their districts, and yes, on the public property outside their homes and apartments, in Washington and back in their home states. White House officials too ― those enabling the authoritarian ― need to be challenged everywhere, as do all those at the conservative think tanks who support Trump and those who publicly defend him in their columns and on television.
The elected officials and White House staffers must be challenged going to and from their cars and at the many public speeches they give at organizations and think tanks throughout DC and elsewhere. They should be bombarded with questions and placards by groups of people as they head to media appearances at the cable networks where they spew their lies every day. And they should be challenged when they come off TV for what they just lied about.
These people also attend functions and fundraisers at night (which are easy to locate), and these events should be disrupted, inside and out, until these politicians answer to the recklessness in which they are engaged. Paul Ryan, the House Speaker, should not be able to attend any function, eat in public, or enjoy dinner at home without hearing people expressing how his actions are harming their lives and their families’ lives in terrible ways.
There's much more and if you have some time to waste you can read the rest.

This is not normal behavior.  This is the behavior of a psychotic who has had a break from reality.

Hundreds of school children dead in Pakistan: Libtards attack religion...

all religion, as the cause.

Because everyone knows how dangerous marauding Christians are.

Every time I get to peek into the mind of a libtard I'm shocked.

Check this out from Huff and Puff.

Article:

Taliban Kills More Than 100 Children In Pakistan School Attack

Some of the Comments:

Religious leaders of all faiths should bow your heads in shame.
For generations you have preached intolerance.
It is your bigotry that inspires religious fanatics of all faiths to murder in the name of GOD. I pray that GOD damns you all.

Religion is a disease.

Yep, they are all cults.

Yes, Islam has proven itself to be a homicidal male chauvinist cult. NO different than it's murdering precursors: Christianity and Judaism. Lest we forget.

Yea! ALL religions are a WASTE of human time & effort. Poor innocent children.

All religions preach hate, violence and intolerance in name of god. Ban all religions.

Religion is cancer, almost each and every one.

It's time to say adios to all organized religions. They have missed the point entirely about why we are all here on earth. It is purely a form of power by other means.

Hopefully, one day humans can find a cure for this disease called organized religion.
I have no comment.

Melissa Francis Silenced by CNBC and finally Huffington Post says something about Gruber...

and the reactions are what we could expect from the libtards.

I've been scanning Huff and Puff for days now to see if they would say anything about the Gruber tapes.

Finally today (Sunday, Nov. 16th 2014), I spied a very small piece, David Axelrod Slams Jonathan Gruber Over Obamacare Comments,  in which they quoted Axelrod's tweet:
As one who worked hard to make ACA and its benefits clear, let me say: if you looked up "stupid" in the dictionary, you'd find Gruber's picture.
And the article further quoted Odumbo as saying today from a presser in Australia:
“The fact that an adviser who was never on our staff expressed an opinion that I completely disagree with in terms of the voters is not a reflection on the actual process that was run,” Obama said, according to Politico.
“I would just advise every press outlet here: Pull up every clip and every story. I think it’s fair to say there was not a provision in the health care law that was not extensively debated and was fully transparent. ... It was a tough debate.”
Never on our staff?  Let me understand this; Nancy Pelosi is on video quoting the wonderful work Jonathan Gruber did on Obamacare back in 2009, and she now claims she doesn't know who he is.

And Gruber claimed in 2012 that he met with Obama at the White House to work on Obamacare.

This "nobody" who "was never on our staff" was paid close to 400K by the White House to be a nobody who was not on their staff.  Wish I could get a job like that.

And this nobody went on to earn many millions from various states to help them set up their exchanges, not to mention the 2 million he has earned from HHS over the past seven years for helping them with Medicare assessments.

So far, Obama the sock puppet and his puppet masters have blown billions of dollars in order for you to lose your insurance.  They're going to fine you, take away your doctor, and raise your premiums through the stratosphere while expanding the deductible.

That's your money they flushed down the crapper - at least those of you who still have a job.

Explain to me why people are not marching on Washington, DC with pitchforks and torches.  Have we become such sheeple that this is acceptable?   Or are we so glued to our smart phones and big screen TVs that we don't even care anymore?

That little article has been up for over three hours and there is not one comment posted.  There are, however, Facebook conversations going on.

What I saw was astonishing.

First listen to what Melissa Francis has to say about being silenced and then scroll down and read some of the comments from Huff and Puff.

There is none so blind as those who will not see.

Allow me to remind you that these people are adults and have access to all the same information we do. And.................they vote.

Speak to the sponge...

And let me also state that I've been snookered in the past.  When I did my research and discovered the aforementioned snookering, I admitted I'd been snookered.  Because that's what intelligent adults do.

My kitchen sponge is smarter than these commenters.

It's utterly absurd to say that the ACA was passed secretly or that there was intentional obfuscation. The law passed after a whole lot of debate (but dismissal of liberal ideas). Anyone paying attention and following legitimate media knew that they were debating and about to pass a reform bill comprised of an individual mandate and insurance exchanges. If you did not know then it's the fault of the media you watch/read (or the Republican politicians who were lying about death panels).

New York newspaper Journal News plans to release more gun owner permit holder names...

what a bunch of dangerous dopes.

They're making a huge miscalculation of how this is being received by the public.  I wandered over to the Huff & Puff to read comments on this story.  Guess what?  Even the libtards over there are a bit outraged.  The comments were probably 95% against what this newspaper is doing.

A few Huff & Puff comments:
What about the victims of violent crimes that have a permit for a handgun?

Did the newspaper think that they might be putting them in danger by publishing their names and addresses?

Did the newspaper check to see if anyone they named have restraining orders against anyone?

Also, the newspaper just gave the robbers looking for guns to steal a treasure map. Talk about giving a boost to gun crimes, duh!!!!
*                   *                  *
Maybe we should post a map with names and addresses of the people who have obtained legal abortions? Better yet, how about for those who possess a marijuana prescription? Sure, the fact that Joe Smith 2 counties over has a marijuana prescription is absolutely no threat to me, but it has been called a "gate-way drug" so I have an irrational fear of it. You know, thousands of people are killed every year due to DUI. I'd really like to know my neighbor's purchase record on alcohol as well as their car's make, model, type, and license info, so I can keep an eye on them. To be honest, I'm a little curious. What do you think?
*                 *                    *
Where does the printing of public government records for Political purposes end?
This is a slippery slope. Will this newspaper out the names and addresses of Gay Married Couples so that conservatives can decide whether they want to live next to them?

Will this newspaper please list the publicly available records on all criminals who have served their time and probation but still live in the community? So that the PRO LAW ENFORCEMENT crowd can force them to self deport out of the community?

Will this newspaper print the publically available arrest records of Johns and those caught DWI or with soft drugs? What about public outing the mentally ill?

The Publisher of this paper would have been very happy working for the Reichstag.
*                   *                 *
This is going to backfire on them. Now...all the crooks and robbers know EXACTLY what houses to invade without the risk of getting shot.

From Weasel Zippers:  (who, if you're interested, has the names and addresses of employees of Journal News)

New York Newspaper That Published Names And Addresses Of Gun Owners Says It Plans To Release The Personal Information Of Additional Gun Owners…

Huffington Post: Where the low-information voters hang out...

I go there so you don't have to.  You're welcome.

Today's headline? it's about Indiana GOP U.S. Senate candidate Richard Mourdock and his rape comment.

Hmmmmm,  let's check the Political page.

Headline:  Colorado Election 2012: Centennial State No Sure Bet For Obama

How about the World page:   Some story on North Korea.

Oh, wait!  There it is - buried half way down the page in small print.

Libya Attack Emails: White House Told Of Militant Claim 2 Hours After Benghazi Attack

Good grief!  Even Yahoo news has a lead story on the emails confirming an attack in Benghazi.

While the comments are running 99%  99.999% against Obama, how about a few that don't.

This is good news! If this is all the Republicans can manufacture to complain about, something so inconsequential, then Obama's in the clear!

The administration did nothing to be ashamed of. It is the Republicans who should be ashamed for trumping up this non-issue.
News flash to nullhogarth and markstrek1.
You're all alone.  Huff & Puff has erupted in comments condemning Obama.  Who would have thunk it.

Do you suppose that Ambassador Stevens and the other men who died were thinking that soon, very soon, help would arrive?   Awful!

Debt ceiling Kabuki theater continues, the Huffington Post causes migraines, and John Hawkins is an idiot...

but life goes on.

Prediction:

At the end of the debt talks we will have more debt and our taxes will be raised.  End of story.

Huffington Post

The worst migraine aura I've ever experienced happened after reading a HuffPo story and a bunch of comments.  I went on an expedition over there to  "know what the enemy is thinking" only to be reminded that the enemy doesn't think - they feeeeeeeeeeel.

John Hawkins

To make matters worse, I happened upon an article by John Hawkins, The Slow, Painful Coming Death Of The Independent, Conservative Blogosphere.  Ordinarily, I wouldn't link to a silly screed such as this but since I'm not a big important blogger like John, I hesitate to be miserly with my linky-love.  Because that's the only reason he posted that article.  It's called blog whoring.  It seems to be working, but not exactly how he expected.

Allow me to sum up his article to save you the pain of actually having to go and read it.  If you're a small independent conservative blogger, you may as well put a dagger in your heart and end it all. Consider yourself a loser, unlike John who is big, important, and loved by all.

Hey, John.  My friend Zilla has some advice for you:

Take Your "Death of Right-Blogs" Proclamation and Shove It!

Well said, Zilla!!

And how about what Jimmy Bise offered up in the way of rebuttal?:

How Selfish Bloggers and a Hapless GOP Are Choking the Life from the Independent, Conservative Blogosphere

i Own The World has the right attitude:

Calling All Conservative Bloggers!!

iOTW is not a large blog, we’re not a small blog. We’re somewhere in the middle. And being in the middle means that there are plenty of blogs we can help. iOTW doesn’t want any conservative blogs going belly up (except maybe some annoying ones – hehe) because that isn’t going to help the overall cause of conservatism.
So, if you have your own blog, no matter how modest or large, please put a link to it in the comment section of this post. I will be maintaining this post and monitoring its progress and bumping it from time to time to the front page. I will also be going to the blogs to poach some posts to include among our daily content.
So head on over to iOTW and leave a comment.

Here's my message for you, John.

You see, this is my little blog and if I want to post pictures of kitteh's - I will.

That's all.
