First, let me say that many hours after the shooter was identified, CNN and Huff and Puff were still in the dark about his identity.  When they finally caught up with the rest of the world, they branded him a "white supremacist."  Ummm - no.

In addition, the commenters at both places were still busy speculating on his identity for three to four hours after he was identified by just about every new outlet proving that they live in a bubble of self imposed ignorance.

As of today CNN is still trying to tie the Iranian/Italian shooter to Trump or white supremacists.  Huff and Puff are completely ignoring the "mass shooting." Might it be because the shooter doesn't fit their carefully constructed profile?

A 225-year-old monument commemorating Christopher Columbus was vandalized early Monday amid the nationwide debate on removing Confederate statues and monuments.  

A video posted on Monday shows the monument being smashed. It shows two unidentified people taping a sign reading "The future is racial and economic justice" on the monument. One of them then hits the monument with what appears to be sledgehammer while the other stands next to the monument holding a sign that reads "Racism: Tear it down."

Listen to this mental midget explain his actions of which the main theme is the blacks of Baltimore are poor because of white people.  Ah, in a word, no.  The blacks of Baltimore are poor because they never finished school, have numerous children out of wedlock, refuse to work, and are generally violent and unable to process future time.

Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh said crews began removing the city's Confederate monuments late Tuesday and finished around 5.30am on Wednesday. 

'It's done,' Pugh told the Baltimore Sun. 'They needed to come down. My concern is for the safety and security of our people. We moved as quickly as we could.'  source

Safety and security of our people?   I didn't realize those statues were creeping about at night endangering the people of Baltimore.  The reality is the feral, savage, violent, and destructive people residing there are the real danger. 

Here's a little heads up for the people of Baltimore.  The statue removers don't care about you.  Not one little bit.  Your lives are not going to change after the removal of those statues.  No siree.  You'll still be poor, living in crappy section 8 housing, waiting every month for your ebt card to be filled up again, and wondering when your head is going to be blown off by a stray bullet.  

Buh bye, Confederate women. 

And where are the foolish pink vagina hat wearing women to stand up for the Confederate women?  I thought they were all about defending women?

Baltimore: Row Houses Gone Rogue...

to be torn down.

Let's not forget that in 2009 the city of Baltimore received over $1.8 billion from President Barack Obama’s stimulus law, including $467.1 million to invest in education and $26.5 million for crime prevention.  source

By 2014 the feds were demanding a bunch of that money back since no one seemed to know where it went.

Calling Baltimore's abandoned row houses "hotbeds for crime," Gov. Larry Hogan on Tuesday announced a nearly $700 million plan to tear down thousands of vacant buildings and replace them with new developments — a level of investment in Baltimore's poorest neighborhoods some say is unprecedented.

In Sandtown-Winchester, where Freddie Gray grew up, the governor joined Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake in pledging $94 million over four years to demolish 4,000 vacant properties citywide and $600 million in subsidies to encourage redevelopment.

The money — most of which will come from the state — will allow a fourfold increase in the demolition of vacant city properties, followed by major new funding to rebuild.
"I don't recall there was ever an infusion of this magnitude," said M.J. "Jay" Brodie, who shepherded redevelopment in Baltimore under four mayors. "This is a great moment for the city. Take advantage of the moment. This is unlikely to happen again."

The Republican governor and Democratic mayor — who have publicly sparred at times — vowed to work together.

Hogan called Baltimore the "core" of Maryland.

"As I walked the streets of this city, people were repeatedly calling out and begging us to help do something about the blight that is all around them," Hogan said. "We have heard your calls for action... I'm a guy on a mission who wants to get things done."

 Now there's a solution that's never been tried before.  Tear down a bunch of houses that the current residents trashed, and build them brand new ones which they can trash.

And exactly where are these innocent victims of rogue row houses going to go?  If Baltimore is like many other large cities, these section 8 people will be living right next to you, because no one in their right mind would rebuild anything where these houses are going to be torn down.

Are they poor?  Being poor has never stopped people from not throwing trash around or sweeping a sidewalk. It certainly hasn't stopped these people from shooting each other, pumping themselves full of drugs, or burning down buildings.

By the time the Democrat honchos of Baltimore get their cut of the 700 million, there won't be a dime left to do anything.  But, that's the plan, isn't it?
