The Upcoming Weeks:

As I prepare for my first cataract surgery on June 6th, which is really no big whoop, it does mean that many of my summer activities will be somewhat curtailed. Rototilling, pruning lilac bushes, shoveling shit manure, and scooting around on my lawn tractor are not approved activities for a week or so after surgery.

The second surgery is not scheduled until June 28th due to the busy schedule of the North Idaho Eye Institute leaving a gap week where I can probably do a bit of work.

That means between now and June 6th I'm under the gun to get as much done as possible meaning posting may be erratic and I ask for your patience (and prayers.)

When a woman who claims to be Catholic and supports with every fiber of her being the right of women to dismember and destroy the human life growing in their womb says:

In the dignity and worth of every person? 'These are not people, these are animals,' from the president of the United States."

you have to ask yourself who programmed her thinking for her?

Does that baby in the womb not have dignity, worth, and a spark of divinity?

And let me add that for the bishops of the Church to allow this unrepentant and public sinner to waltz up to the communion rail and receive the body and blood of Lord and Savior is a scandal.

Donald Trump did not call all undocumented illegal immigrants "animals."  We all know he was referring to MS 13 gang members.  We know this because it's easily verified by watching and listening to what he actually said. And yet we have a reporter asking him to "clarify his remarks."  Who programmed that reporter?




Then we have Candace Owen who has dared to reject The Tyranny of Belief and actually think for herself.

You have to wonder who influenced the thoughts of the shooter.  Was he upset because Trump called MS 13 gang members animals?

The erosion of civilization: I blame women...

We just had to witness thousands of women marching about with foul and vulgar signs demanding that they be treated with respect.  As to how they want this to happen when they adorn themselves with pink pussy hats is beyond the pay grade of rational people.

As a group, they want to act like men and yet be treated as women.  It doesn't work like that.

Instead of their proper role of being a civilizing influence on men and society, they have joined with the men, who also happen to be their sworn enemies.

They scorn anything that is considered "feminine", scream like banshees for the right to kill their unborn children and, worst of all, want men to act like women. Here's the conundrum:  Women now act like men (at least the lower echelon of men), but want men to act more like women. How exactly does that work?

And even more examples of ladylike behavior from Lara Trump.  I can see why the mostly frumpy, ill groomed, pussy hat wearing "women" would not like Lara Trump.

Let us count the things we should not care about...

From what I've read, not too many people tuned in to watch a bunch of overpaid not very bright people getting together to pat each other on the back and knock Trump - so why should we?

At least in the olden days women would tune in to see beautiful frocks.  Now all we see on full display is either sagging boobs or rock hard cantaloupes that in no way look like normal breasts.

Candace may be speaking about the VMA awards, but it could just as easily be the emmys.

St. Louis Mayhem

I am so tired of the word "peaceful" being applied to people who are blocking roads, marching and screaming in shopping malls, and generally making pests of themselves.  Maybe if they were gathered in the far corner of a park singing Amazing Grace while holding hands we could label their actions as peaceful. 

Innocent bystanders being maced?  No, nope.  Anyone who is so imprudent as to inject themselves into a crowd of chanting idiots is not innocent and deserves whatever happens to them.

Candace has a few things to say about BLM too.
