Dennis Prager Channels My Inner Thoughts...

 and nails it.

While I find the slogan-touting, meme-spreading idiocy of the commie/libtards, who don't have an independent thought of their own borderline-amusing, it's the "go-along-to-get-along" crowd who I find most frightening.

A goodly portion of these wimpy people think they're conservatives. They may have even voted for Donald Trump. But when the excrement starts flying, they run and hide.  If they see a fellow citizen being harassed or assaulted, they turn their back and flee.

I'm shocked and saddened at seeing free people living in North Idaho, with admittedly few mandates and restrictions, march around the grocery store and Wally-World with filthy rags tied on their faces. These same people go along with churches being locked down, people losing their businesses and livelihoods, while the big corporations are raking in the money.

These are the people who are the most dangerous. These are the people who will turn in their neighbor for having more than six people in their home for a Bible study. These are the people who, in an effort to keep themselves "safe", will turn their back on someone being assaulted for not wearing a mask. These are the people who will "sing a little louder" when the trains full of screaming Jews chug past them.

In all filmed instances of a person being assailed by a store employee or another customer for the crime of going maskless, no one steps in to defend them.  It doesn't mean it's never happened, but I've not seen it.

As Leo Hohmann said in his fine, but scary, article Who will you trust when law and order break down and the bullets start flying?  Do read the whole article since he offers good advice for your future actions.

..."2021 will also be the year when millions of Americans who refused to wake up and take the threat of this communist revolution seriously will finally have their normalcy bias swept away once and for all. They will rue the day they said “oh, that will never happen in America” or “Americans will never stand for that” while waiting for someone else to stand up and stop the slide into totalitarianism.

The year 2020 brought an unexpected “new normal,” where Americans handed over their constitutional rights to dictatorial mayors and governors forcing them to wear facemasks and declaring certain businesses and churches to be non-essential. But 2021 will bring an even more ominous new normal that requires an unprecedented level of prayer, unity and cooperation among patriots in order to turn back the tide of technocratic communism.

A great starting point would be to take off your facemask. This is a highly symbolic act, an act of defiance to the Great Reset and the power elites who seek to transform “every industry” and all human activity, according to Klaus Schwab, director of the World Economic Forum."

Check out this crazy (fat) employee at a Winco in Salem, OR as he actually lays hands on an older lady who is trying to self-check out without wearing a mask. He confers with another fat employee who dials up the police. And don't miss the masked up fatty at 3:34 who scratches his nuts as he slobbers with glee through his foul grimy muzzle at the impending arrival of the police. Is being an overweight rude slob a job requirement at Winco?

The old man checking out behind her has his potatoes knocked to the floor in the scuffle with the person filming.  He's most definitely at the age, or close to the age, to remember WW II, so he has intimate knowledge of the German death camps.  And yet he stands there doing his studious best to pretend there is nothing untoward going on behind him.  What the hell???

I Now Better Understand the "Good German"
Dennis Prager
As my listeners and readers can hopefully attest, I have been on a lifelong quest to understand human nature and human behavior. I am sad to report that I have learned more in the last few years, particularly in 2020, than in any equivalent period of time.

One of the biggest revelations concerns a question that has always plagued me: How does one explain the “good German,” the term used to describe the average, presumably decent German, who did nothing to hurt Jews but also did nothing to help them and did nothing to undermine the Nazi regime? The same question could be asked about the average Frenchman during the Vichy era, the average Russian under Lenin, Joseph Stalin, Leonid Brezhnev and their successors, and the millions of others who did nothing to help their fellow citizens under oppressive dictatorships.

These past few years have taught me not to so quickly judge the quiet German, Russian, etc. Of course, I still judge Germans who helped the Nazis and Germans who in any way hurt Jews. But the Germans who did nothing? Not so fast.

What has changed my thinking has been watching what is happening in America (and Canada and Australia and elsewhere, for that matter). The ease with which tens of millions of Americans have accepted irrational, unconstitutional and unprecedented police state-type restrictions on their freedoms, including even the freedom to make a living, has been, to understate the case, sobering. read the rest

Crunch Time...

is here.

The rally before the Stop the Steal rally in DC is under way. The people who are fighting for our freedoms are gathering together in anticipation of what will probably be the largest freedom rally ever to be held in DC to protest the stolen election.

Right Side Broadcasting is live - and we thank them.

If the left prevails, your life won't be worth the few cents you may save by shopping at Winco.

Election rigging: It's not Russia, Russia, Russia - it's Google, Google, Google...

and Facecrap, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter.

Shadow banning, demonetizing, closing down sites, Facecrap "jail", and the myriad of other ways these social network sites and the largest search engine in the world have to silence conservative voices, has not even reached peak.

Now I know that many, if not most, conservatives doing research take into account the skewed results of any searches they may do.  I also know that most of us are willing to dig deep to find the truth - which includes using our brains and actually thinking.  What a concept.

My perusal of commie/libtards on Facecrap and liberal sites is that, by far, they either just post memes from sites like Democrat Underground or repeat mindless talking points without ever vetting what they're reading or repeating - with, of course, "racist" being lobbed about like a soccer ball on steroids.

With that in mind, and knowing that presenting the facts to these mindless drones is pointless, in the past I've taken the "what me worry" approach.

However, after listening to the testimony of this liberal professor to the Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing on "Google and Censorship through Search Engines" I've changed my mind somewhat. His testimony is chilling.

I might also have you take note of the respectful way in which Ted Cruz questions Professor Epstein.  Compare that to the angry insulting way Elizabeth Warren questions defense secretary nominee, Dr. Esper, interrupting and never allowing him to answer a question. Can you even begin to imagine this harridan as president of the United States?  I can't. e

Is Dennis Prager right about Pope Francis?...

I would say yes with reservations.

In his article posted on Right Wing News , Pope Francis, the Climate and Leftism
(and what's up with those giant pictures of the authors on RWN?  I find them very disconcerting and rather odd.)

To sum up the article, Mr. Prager makes his case for Pope Francis being a leftie with focus on the Pope's upcoming encyclical on climate change which he will present to the UN in September.

In that assertion, I would have to agree with him.  I think the Pope is a product of his environment and, well, not very smart.  It really pains me to have to say that.

From the article (emphasis mine.)
"How are we to explain that at the very moment that the oldest Christian communities in the world are being violently destroyed; that while Christians are murdered, raped and tortured in Africa and the Middle East; and while horrific barbarities are committed daily in the name of God, the pope issues an encyclical and travels around the world to talk about climate change?"
"It is happening because leftism has taken over much of Catholicism, most of mainstream Protestantism, increasing numbers of evangelicals and most of non-Orthodox Judaism. Not to mention the secular worlds of the news media, entertainment media and academia."
However, Mr. Prager runs off the rails when he states:
In the long run, this will bring down the Church — just as it has mainstream Protestantism and non-Orthodox Judaism — as well as diminish decency on earth.
No, Mr. Prager.  The Church will still be here.  It may be a smaller, and hopefully, a more authentic Church, but God was very clear in scripture when he said, "And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." Matthew 16:18

We've had far worse Popes than Francis.  My all time favorite is Pope Alexander VI, of the famous Borgia (Borja) family, who was Pope from11 August 1492 until his death on 18 August 1503.  His entire life was the stuff of soap operas.

As to the encyclical?  I'll reserve judgement until I read it.  I think it will be a fluff piece saying almost nothing of value.  The danger is the uncatechized Catholics, which nowadays is just about all of them,  the anti-Catholics, and the global warming cheerleaders will latch unto whatever he says and consider it science.  But, then, who are we to judge?

Dennis Prager: Still the Best Hope: Why the World Needs American Values to Triumph

 his latest book.

And it's a gooder!  I picked it up at the library a few days ago and I've already ordered a copy from Amazon.  This is a Post It Note page marker and yellow highlighter kind of book.  The library frowns on these practices.

From Good Reads:
In this visionary book, Dennis Prager, one of America's most original thinkers, contends that humanity confronts a monumental choice. The whole world must decide between American values and its two oppositional alternatives: Islamism and European-style democratic socialism. Prager--a bestselling author, columnist, and nationally syndicated radio talk show host who is read and heard by millions of people in America and abroad--makes the case for the American value system as the most viable program ever devised to produce a good society. Those values are explained here more clearly and persuasively than ever before.

"Still the Best Hope" deals with three huge themes: The first is perhaps the most persuasive explanation for why Leftism has been and will always be a moral failure, despite its acknowledged appeal to many people of goodwill. The second explains why fundamentalist Islam, despite its historic and growing appeal, cannot make a good society. But Prager holds out hope for an open and tolerant Islam and explains why it will emerge from faithful American Muslims. The third is a singularly persuasive defense and explanation of what Prager calls the "American Trinity": liberty, values rooted in the Creator, and the melting-pot ideal. These values are inscribed on every American coin as "Liberty," "In God We Trust," and "E Pluribus Unum," and they are the reasons for America's greatness. Without them, America will cease to be an exceptional nation, and therefore cease to be America.

Prager shows why these values can and must be adopted by every nation and culture in the world, why Americans must relearn and recommit to these values, and why America must vigorously export them. For if the world does not adopt American values, the result will be chaos and barbarism on an unprecedented scale
