I'm not a Constitutional lawyer, but it doesn't take someone with more than two black eyed peas rattling around in their head to understand that this strategy will throw the country into chaos. You can expect ObamaCare to be tied up in the courts for years.

Yeah Ade, and I was reading how the states might just tell Obama to shove it- we're talking major crisis now.
But the upside would be that he's on the verge of violating his pledge to uphold the Constitution... an impeachable offense.
