Spam - it's what for dinner...

I got a message from Hormel Foods. They made their first batch of Spam in 1937 to help with the war effort. With all the people shopping and hoarding food, they've decided to make their second batch of Spam tomorrow.

Thinly sliced
Crisply fried
Soft white bread
Lots of mayo (or mustard if you prefer)
Crispy lettuce

Variations:

Add an egg for a breakfast sammy

Or:

•  Use slices of cucumber
•  How about some pickle slices
•  Make it Hawaiian with some pineapple
• Throw on a bunch of cheese and turn it into a grilled cheese and Spam sandwich.

Spam & Egg Breakfast Special

Using:

• Eggo waffles
• Cheddar cheese
• Egg
• Spam (bacon flavored)
• Taco sauce

I love ordinary fried Spam sandwiches.  Slice the Spam (bacon flavored preferred) thinly.  Fry it crisply.  Spread soft white nutritionally deficient bread with a ton of mayo, and add a huge slice of iceberg lettuce (also nutritionally deficient.)  Heaven!

But this seems equally yummy...

how about a fried Spam sandwich?

Slice it real thin, fry it real crisp, stick it on squishy white bread, add lots of mayo, and top with crispy iceberg lettuce.
