The first rule of fasting...

 don't talk about fasting.

I break this rule just about every day.  I'm the fasting zealot of North Idaho and I've swayed many a person to embrace this lifestyle. Let's be clear - it's not a diet, it's a way of life that will make your current and future life healthier and happier. 

If you do have a bit of weight to drop (highly recommended), intermittent fasting is the safe and healthy way to banish those pesky pounds. I'm almost embarrassed to tell you how many pounds I've dropped so far (about 50.) It took looking in the mirror one day and declaring, "You are fat!!" 

Dr. Jason Fung has the best and most easily digestible information on fasting. His book The Obesity Code will give you the science.  His follow up book, which I have not read yet, The Diabetes Code: Prevent and Reverse Type 2 Diabetes Naturally, is highly rated. His numerous videos on YT address any questions you may have.  His group on Facecrap (almost 140K members) is a good way to see how regular peeps fast and offers support. If you haven't kicked Facecrap to the curb, I think this link will get you there.

Also highly recommended is Dr. Ken Berry. His YT channel is also a wealth of information.

If you've been around here long enough, you are aware of my sometimes posting really lengthy videos.  I think my readers all have a long enough attention span to sometimes watch a full length documentary.

Since it's on YouTube, I'm taking a chance posting this . How it's managed to stay there is a mystery.  It seems my posting stuff from Rum..ble, Bit-chute, or linking certain right-wing, deplorable, dangerous, right-wing crazies seems to trigger Bl-ogg-er into unpublishing my posts.  Until I find a new place to host my blog, I'll just depend on "work-arounds".

Take some time to watch this excellent documentary and find out how the government, big pharma, and big food corps are determined to keep you sick and unhealthy. This information also transfers to the current situation (hint.)

Dr. Robert Malone on Sean Hannity...

 and says some surprising things.

I'll make this fast since I have a lot of work lined up today.

Sean claims he had never heard of Dr. Malone and was "surprised, because of all the research he does." Really, Sean?  That tells me that you have done no research at all.

Why am I listening to Hannity? So you don't have to. You're welcome.  I also listen to Cluck and Bay (Buck and Clay) so you don't have to. 

Lately, I've noticed a slight shift in what the main stream conservatives are saying, according to the guests they're having on their shows.

Dr. Malone is the inventor of the mRNA technology.  It's no surprise if you google his name, the very first article popping up is from the Atlantic: The Vaccine Scientist Spreading Vaccine Misinformation. Robert Malone claims to have invented mRNA technology. Why is he trying so hard to undermine its use? (no link on purpose.) Yeah, that makes sense. Let's trash the actual inventor of mRNA technology.

So, what did Dr. Malone say?

  • Dr. Malone said they moved too fast on the "vaccine" (which isn't a vaccine.)
  • He stated that the only people who should have the "vaccine" are over 65, obese, or have a weakened immune system. No one else should have the "vaccine" at all!
  • If they're already "vaccinated", the aforementioned are the only people who should have a booster.
  • You should have your vitamin D levels checked, and take supplements if it's low - which is just about everyone. 
  • And - wait for it - it's the "vaccinated" driving the variants and are essentially super spreaders to the "unvaccinated."

These are all things the scary Front Line Doctors and their ilk have been saying for at least a year, and have been ridiculed and "cancelled."  

Cluck and Bay are also subtly changing their message to back up what Dr. Malone is saying. 

My question is, "Why now?"

In my opinion, these radio and TV "conservatives" are in no way in control of what they talk about or the guests they have on their shows. Yeah - I know, I'm cynical. Whoever is in control has okayed this shift. Do they know the "pandemic" scam is coming to a close, and they want to be first so they can secure their fake conservatism?

Your Health

We keep hearing over and over that the people succumbing to the Wuflu are obese. If you fall in that category, intermittent fasting is the answer. I can't stress this more strongly. After all, Jesus, the apostles, and the early church fathers all fasted. This is not just about weight control, but it's also a healthy way to reduce inflammation.

The people who have had the jab are dangerous.  You must protect your immune system against these people who have a gigantic viral load spewing all over you. Take vitamin D*, zinc*, quercetin*, and liposomal vitamin C*, along with your multi-vitamin.  

I fell into this life style (it's not a diet, but a way of life) quite by accident and I couldn't be more pleased.  Certainly, God had something to do with this change.

What the CDC Says About Obesity and COVID-19...

Let me save you some time. It says being overweight and catching the Wuflu, or any flu for that matter, is not good.

Let's face it, my precious petite popcorns, being overweight is not good under any conditions or circumstances.  If you're wondering why so many people are fluffy, just cast your gaze to our government, which includes the CDC, Surgeon General, and a slew of other alphabet agencies who have been instructing us on how to be healthy.  

Their mantra?  Eat lots of whole grains, fruit, veggies, and limit meat and fat; in particular, that evil red meat.  They keep telling us that if you just eat a bit less (calorie restriction), and move around more, the pounds will magically disappear. They won't. It's a lie, and the outcome is a country full of fluffy inflammation riddled, insulin resistant, or type 2 diabetic people, who bounce from one fad diet to another.  

Dr. Mercola quotes an article by Joel Hirschhorn, member of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, and America’s Frontline Doctors, which says governments have missed a public health opportunity by not issuing recommendations for effective and sustainable weight loss to lower your risk for severe COVID-19 infection and death. 

Problem is, the government is not here to help us. So far, everything they've ever recommended, diet-wise, has been wrong and dangerous.  And don't forget this is the same government trying to coerce you into having a shot in the arm which could conceivably kill you.  Is this who you want to take diet advice from? I didn't think so. 

Thankfully, Dr. Mercola ends his article by telling you what to do:

In closing, whether you’re concerned about COVID-19 or not, losing excess weight can have a positive impact on your health. Tried and true strategies include fasting, time-restricted eating, avoiding food at least three hours before bed, and cutting out added sugars and refined carbs from your diet.

Weekends have been cancelled...

for the foreseeable future. 

Only sort of...

Bloggers can count on page views dropping like a rock on Fridays.  We're all programed to think weekends are party times. In the "olden days" that was certainly true.  Businesses were even closed on Sunday years ago. Now Sunday is considered  a prime day to shop.

However, we are living in strange and (IMO) dangerous times. I've not suggesting  you skip recharging time on the weekends, or whatever days qualify as your "weekend." I am suggesting that to completely check out and pretend everything is "normal" is no longer the best way to proceed.

Dr. Ryan Cole is the CEO and Medical Director of Cole Diagnostics, one of the largest independent labs in the State of Idaho. Dr. Cole is a Mayo Clinic trained Board Certified Pathologist. He is Board Certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. He has expertise in immunology and virology and also has subspecialty expertise in skin pathology. He has seen over 350,000 patients in his career, and has done over 100,000 Covid tests in the past year. Dr Cole talks about the science and data relating to public health measures that we may have been missing, and what treatments should be available to everybody.

These videos are are extremely important. If you have children, the first video addresses Wuflu and kids, but also goes into the VAER's system, and mRNA.  Even if you don't have children, you should have this information to share with people who do have children. Dr. Cole's part is about 38 minutes and he ends by taking questions.

The second video is more about the science of Wuflu and exactly mirrors everything Dr. Sherri Tenpenny has said in the past (her latest video available here - it's a bitchute video and takes a moment or two to load so be patient.

In the second video he's going to talk about how to protect yourself from not just Wuflu, but all sorts of maladies. At the top of the danger list is being deficient in Vitamin D and obesity.

We take lots of Vitamin D since in North Idaho the sun is virtually non-existent during the winter months of October through April. Even our former doctor, who was not a nutritional wizard, told us a number of years ago to double our 2000mgs of D3 to 4000mgs during the long sunless winters.

As for obesity, having belly fat (guilty - but I prefer the term "tummy over "belly) is particularly hazardous to your health.  I recommend a book by Dr. Jason Fung, The Obesity Code: Unlocking the Secrets of Weight Loss (Why Intermittent Fasting Is the Key to Controlling Your Weight)*

Intermittent fasting is more about health (IMO), which means reversing type two diabetes, kicking your fatty liver to the curb, and lowering blood pressure with the added benefit of losing weight and looking great.

So this weekend attend your religious service of choice, have a BBQ, take a walk, or even a nap. But also take time to educate yourself.
