Idaho is always ignored...

and we like it that way.

Headline:  Storm that smacked Northwest moves to Utah, Idaho.   The article then tells us all about Western Washington, Eastern Washington, Utah, and Oregon.  Not one word about North Idaho.

For those who may have an interest, we are completely snowed in with a berm the size New Hampshire drifted across our road.  The wind didn't die down until late this afternoon so Anderson Excavating won't be here until tomorrow.

We blessedly didn't lose power, our barn is full of wood, the freezer is full of food, and I have a new crop of books from the library.  What more can we ask for??

I guess hoping for North Korea to take heed of a "strongly worded letter" from Obama and ceasing their war-mongering behavior would be a good thing.  /sarcasm    Good Lord - I've "done" this war already.  Couldn't we have a brand new one somewhere else?

About taxes:

LarryD puts this whole tax thing looming over us in the simplest terms - not that Larry is a simple person.  Far from it!  Larry is about the smartest (and funniest) guy roaming around cyberspace.

Maggie brings us great news  Ann Marie Buerkle Wins! Dan Maffei Concedes! NY25 Goes GOP
