Never Forget?...

 it seems some people have.

Why else would states like Minnesota, Michigan, and Indiana vote for and support  America and Israel hating radical Muslims?  

These same radical Muslims, 19 years later, are now supporting an attempted communist takeover of our country. 

We allow the scum of the earth to lecture us on how terrible we are in the name of tolerance and diversity.  

You, the voter, are the only thing that stands between the radical forces that are doing their best to create a "new normal." They've managed to move the line of outrage a bit further. While they may cease for awhile when you push back, the line will never retreat. Your way of life has been forever changed.

The only thing that won't ever change is the love God has for you. God is the same today, yesterday, and forever. 

Pray to Him as though your life depended on it. 

Because it does.

In one of the most celebrated plays in recent memory, Disgraced,  the lead character, Muslim-American Amir Kapoor, admits he felt a “blush of pride” on September 11th. The play received the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, the Joseph Jefferson Award for New Work – Play or Musical and a 2013 Obie Award for Playwriting. But cartoonists, writers, poets, journalists, are targeted for death for opposing the most brutal and extreme ideology on the planet. We can’t talk about this.

Millions of Americans have, without even realizing it, internalized the idea that it is “racist” and “bigoted” to resist jihad terror. People are used to granting Muslims special accommodations in the workplace. On campuses nationwide, Muslims are presented as victims of the American “Islamophobic” war machine. Movies studiously avoid depicting jihadis as villains.

Our public schools proselytize for Islam, teaching our children the shahada and the five pillars of Islam. American university have become unsafe for Jews because of harassment and intimidation from Muslim groups. But there are no school lessons about 9/11 – the largest terrorist attack on American soil. School children know nothing about it. They know more about the attack on Pearl Harbor, a military installation,  than they do about the multiple 9/11 attacks on the homeland. It’s unfathomable. But that is how deeply the fear of insulting Islam has crippled the nation. read the rest

Because already there is an upcoming generation that has no concept of the pure evil manifested that day because their teachers are not allowed to name the evil, their parents don’t want to be called Islamophobic and the Deep State Media won’t mention it’s name. The Last Homily of Father Mychal Judge...

Father Mychal F. Judge, OFM, chaplain to the New York City Fire Department, died Tuesday, September 11, 2001 in a hail of falling debris near the World Trade Center.  He became the first officially recorded fatality following the attack.  Father Mychal was 68. read his complete biography here

Good morning, everyone.

May the grace of God the Father, peace of God the Son, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

We come to this house this morning to celebrate renewal, rejuvination, new life.  We come to thank God for the blessings over all the years - the good work that's been done here and especially the last few days.  We can never thank God enough for the reality of the lives we have.  So, standing in His presence this morning, and truly this is a chapel, let us pause for a moment, perhaps close our eyes, and thank God for some special blessings in our individual lives.

Let us pray.

Thank you Lord for life.  Thank you for love.  Thank you for goodness.  Thank you for work.  Thank you for family.  Thank you for friends.  Thank you for every gift because we know that every gift comes from you, and without you, we have and are nothing.  So, as we celebrate this day in thanksgiving to you, keep our hearts and minds open. Let us enjoy each other's company, and most of all, let us be conscious of Your presence in our lives and in a special way in the lives of all those who have gone before us.  And Father we make our prayer, as always, in Jesus' name who lives with You forever and ever.

That's the way it is.  Good days.  And bad days.  Up days.  Down days.  Sad days.  Happy days.  But never a boring day on this job.  You do what God has called you to do.  You show up.  You put one foot in front of another.  You get on the rig and you go out and you do the job - which is a mystery.  And a surprise.  You have no idea when you get on that rig.  No matter how big the call.  No matter how small.  You have no idea what God is calling you to.  But he needs you.  He needs me.  He needs all of us. 

The retirees - He needs your prayers.  He needs your stopping by occasionally to give strength and support and to tell the stories of the old days.  We need the house and to those of you that are working now, keep going.  Keep supporting each other.  Be kind to each other.  Love each other.  Work together and do what you did the other night and the weeks and the months and the years before and from this house, God's blessings go forth in this community.  It's fantastic!

What great people.  We love the job.  We all do.  What a blessing that is.  A difficult, difficult job and God calls you to it.  And then He gives you a love for it so that a difficult job will be well done.  Isn't He a wonderful God?  Isn't He good to you?  To each one of you?  And to me!  Turn to Him each day.  Put your faith and your trust and your hope and your life in His hands, and He'll take care of you and you'll have a good life.

And this house will be a great, great blessing to this neighborhood and to this city.

Amen.

Islam: The religion of "peace"...

We all have our stories to tell about that day in 2001.  I was working as an optician, and it was my job to open the office that day.  As part of my opening duties, I turned on the radio.  The first thing I heard was one of the first reports of the planes flying into the World Trade Center.  I clearly remember standing in front of the radio thinking, "What?"

I immediately called my husband to ask what was going on, and he didn't have much to add to the news reports.  Later, he called me back to tell me what had happened.

I worked almost the entire day without knowing exactly what had happened.  I closed the office early, and when I returned home and turned on the TV, I will never forget my shock at seeing those planes flying into the World Trade Center.

Unlike many of my readers, I lived the Kennedy assassination real time, and I still remember where I was that day as well.  Now I could add the bombing of innocent Americans at the hands of Muslims.  Thousands of innocent people died in the most unspeakable and painful ways.  Wives were left without husbands, children were left without fathers and mothers.

It was almost too much to bear...

To my great horror, Verizon experienced some sort of problem yesterday in our area code (which happens to be the entire state)

We were without internet from early afternoon until this morning. Last night we sat around like the old days and read. At least we still had electric lights.
