Short break...

while I get ready for my second cataract surgery tomorrow at the ungodly hour of 6:50.

Several days ago I spent hours digging up invasive plants and putting down grass seed.  Somehow I managed to pull a muscle in my hip.  It was ugly.  The following day I decided to "work it out."  That was a bad mistake and rendered me almost unable to walk.

After spending most of yesterday catching up on sleep and hot packing my hip, today I will try to play a bit of catch up on chores. 

Our problems are just beginning:

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a 28-year-old, Bernie-Sanders-supporting political novice, has defeated incumbent Rep. Joe Crowley (D-NY) in the 14th congressional district in the New York primary.  You can read more about this commie/marxist/libtard at Breitbart.

She self-describes as a democratic/socialist.

They don't even try to hide it anymore. 

And therein lies the problem.
