I made my second turkey breast last night. It is the best turkey I've ever eaten - evah!
Five pound turkey breast - thirty minutes at pressure. Total time about 45 minutes to table!
I also made a Paleo no bread dressing and will post the recipe later. It was also excellent. Who needs bread when life gives you celery, onions, cauliflower, sweet potato, and sausage?
Now if they'd just put the 8qt on sale, I would be a very happy camper.
