According to reports this is Esteban Santiago who lived spitting distance from the only Mosque in Alaska, making the ISIS sign, and wearing a suspicious rag around his neck.

But, don't worry peeps - he'll be called a "mentally disturbed lone wolf" who had nothing to do with Islam.
