 I have lots of work outside but, not to worry, I get a reward - cleaning the house.  But the next two days are for church, Sunday brunch, and a BBQ on Monday.  It will be our first beef in over two weeks.  We've been on  The 17 Day Diet and are entering cycle 2 which allows something other than turkey, fish, and chicken plus we get a few carbs on alternate days.  It promises rapid weight loss (which research is showing is better than the slow poke method), and it delivers.  Feel great and losing lots of weight.  More on this some other time.
