Chris Wysocki puts a point on the discussion of spending by states:New Jersey and California both adopted state budgets yesterday. I listened in on Chris Christie's press conference and had to laugh as he excoriated the Democrats in our state legislature for relying on "fantasy revenue found between the couch cushions." Christie said, "I looked, it isn't there."

I fear that Minnisota and California suffer from "Greek Syndrom". There is no known cure.
Minnesota don't do it. I live in California, and trust me, you don't want to emulate her.
