What this means is that a United States citizen from another state would pay higher tuition than an illegal alien. Now that makes lots of sense. This is no more than a recruitment drive for democratic voters to further feed at the trough of the taxpayers.Under the current version of the legislation, any illegal alien, regardless of his or her current age, who arrived in this country prior to age 16, would qualify for amnesty simply by enrolling in some educational program or the military. In addition to green cards, DREAM Act beneficiaries would be entitled to billions of dollars (which the federal government doesn’t have) in educational assistance programs and in-state tuition subsidies in whatever states they happen to reside.

Senator Jeff Sessions, R-AL, is a racist moron.
No wonder you posted as Anonymous.
Adrienne, thanks so much for the link on this important issue. I linked you and the "Ten Things" back. Some believe this has no chance of passing. I thought the same about health care. Should it pass, I wonder if we can take it to SCOTUS?
Also, thank you so much for persevering with my on-and-off site performance. I really appreciate it.
Not one shred of the Amnesty agenda until the southern border is secure. Period. End of sentence.
