It's on Video. What more proof does the student need? I agree with Tony and Tom. There should be charges filed against the Senator.
If the students were from an organization approved by the school, there should be no problem with the lawsuit. The video should be sent to conservative media. (mainline will ignore it.)

It doesn't look like anyone filed charges against this individual. Why?? With this video and and formal charges this guy could be a has-been.
This student should lodge a police complaint for assault against the senator.
