Sotomayor a Racist?

Once again our current President has chosen a person based on race. I thought we were to move beyond the "color of one's skin."
Ms. Sotomayor also has an alarming number of her cases reversed. So tell me again why Barry chose her? Oh yes, she has empathy. Great reason!
