Still Digging

****I heard the official snow level for Post Falls was 27". *Spokane broke records with over 19" of snow in a 24 hour period.*Some of the drifts in our driveway are over 6 feet and we are still completely snowed in. We worked on and off for about 7 hours yesterday and still do not have a car width path down our driveway. It snowed another 4" last night, expecting another 4 today, and on Sunday we're supposed to have another "big" storm.

Well, here in north Spokane we got close to 23 inches yesterday, and another 4 inches last night. Crazy.

Our road has been paved, and we were able to get our driveway shoveled out enough to get one of our vehicles out. So, we are mobile! Barely, though. The roads are still a mess, at least to the arterials.

I can hardly wait to see what Sunday brings. As I told my wife last night, "we're going to Mass on Saturday night."

WOW! We have been practically shut down over here on the coast with just 4 - 6". I can't imagine what would happen if we got that much snow. I guess there is no doubt you will have a White Christmas!

Up here in the northern Canadian coastal rainforest it's bone dry and the roads are bare. How weird is that?!
