If you call yourself a Christian you cannot vote for an abortion supporting politician...

no exceptions.

That's a pretty in-your-face statement, but I stand behind it as truth.

That includes fake Catholic Joe Biden and his late term abortion supporting Catholic hating running mate, Kamala Harris. It includes each and every person running under the banner of "choice." No exceptions.

Let me tell you about something I read in Shawn Carney's book, The Beginning of End of Abortion.

Abortion is ending.....where you live. The Beginning of the End of Abortion is a fast-paced journey through forty true stories that demonstrate how prayer saves lives, changes hearts, and transforms communities ... and nations. The escalating results of 40 Days for Life's peaceful prayer vigils held around the globe are in your neighborhood saving lives, closing abortion facilities, and inspiring abortion workers to leave their jobs.

Chapter 3 tells the story of a lady who left the abortion business. After a banquet for a pregnancy center, Shawn was visiting with some of the employees.  As often is the case, he asked someone why she got involved in the pro-life movement.

She explained that she had worked at a very large Planned Parenthood abortion facility near a major city.  She only did bookkeeping and other business tasks so felt removed from the actual killing of babies.

One day she received an invoice from the local morgue. It was for $350.00.

"The service, listed in bold letters, pierced  my heart:

CREMATION SERVICE FOR 150 POUNDS OF MEDICAL WASTE."

..."The question that pierced my heart, she said," was, How many babies have to be aborted to add up to 150 pounds of "medical waste."

I never even made it to that question after reading this because I was focused on the term "medical waste."

Think about that. "Products of conception", yet another euphemism for babies, is nothing but "medical waste" to abortion supporters. Human beings are called "medical waste."

Remember that your tax dollars are pumped into the multi-million dollar Planned Parenthood evil abattoirs.

If the Biden and Harris have their way, all abortions will be "free."

Anyone who thinks that does not make God angry is not paying attention.

How a society becomes depraved...

step by little step.

Incrementalism:  a method of working by adding to a project using many small (often unplanned), incremental changes instead of a few (extensively planned) large jumps.

and

Gradualismthe policy of approaching a desired end by gradual stages.

Sixty years ago, abortion was considered by most people in society as evil.  By using faulty and misleading data, the pro-abortion people managed to change the argument to one of "choice."  Notice how even conservatives use the term "pro-choice", when in reality it should be called "pro-abortion".

Now, rather than the argument being about whether we can kill a baby, it's become one of when it's okay to kill the baby. Before 20 weeks or after?  Full term baby or just a blob of cells?

I understand that those who oppose abortion are using the same tactics of incrementalism and gradualism to push back against the legality of abortion.  The problem with this approach is there can be no gradualism when it comes to right and wrong.  If it's wrong to kill a baby who has reached 20 weeks in the womb, then it must be wrong to kill that baby at 18 or 19 weeks.  That seems pretty simple to me.

New York has been busy trying to pass the Women's Equality Act for a number of years.  It just passed again in the State Assembly, and is once again headed to the Senate.  What's the hold-up on passing these ten points that have to do with equal pay, sexual harassment, and other feel good items to protect women?

Point Ten: (emphasis mine)
The tenth point of the Women’s Equality Act, the point of contention between the Assembly and the Senate, would expand access to abortion through all nine months of pregnancy for essentially any reason, would allow non-doctors to perform these surgical procedures, and provides no conscience protections for medical professionals opposed to taking human life.
Throughout the second trimester, late abortions can be completed by dismembering the developed unborn child, even when they can feel pain, pulling the baby out piece by piece until the mother’s uterus is empty. After the abortion, the abortionist must reassemble the child’s body to ensure nothing has been left inside the child’s mother.
In abortions that take place later in pregnancy, which would be legalized in New York by the abortion-expanding Women’s Equality Act, often babies are killed by sliding a needle filled with a chemical agent, such as digoxin, into the beating heart, before being delivered. source
I don't know about you, but that makes my toes curl. You can bet the "Progressives" pushing this abomination are also anti-capital punishment.

Contrary to popular belief, abortion is rarely ever needed to protect the life of the mother.  And also, contrary to popular belief, the Catholic Church does not promote the life of the baby over the life of the mother.

There are situations, of course, in which the life of the child might be lost while attempting to save the life of the mother. As long as the death of the child is not intended but is an unfortunate side effect of the attempt to save the life of the mother, the action is not objectively evil.  (emphasis mine)
For instance, if the administration of a necessary medication were to result in a spontaneous abortion, that would fall under the principle of "double effect." The abortion was a result of the medication, but it was not the intended result. source
We have now become so depraved that a book explaining abortion to little kids is available as an e-book. Sister Apple, Sister Pig (no link on purpose) is about a 3-year old who is told about his aborted sister, who is now a "ghost" sister.  Seriously?  Read about HERE.

Wild Bill: The War on Babies...

continues.

I saw the following graphic somewhere or another.

This is what passes for "thinking" for libtards.

Do I need to point out how stunningly illogical it is?

I didn't think so...

Notice that abortion is referred to as "family planning."  Ummm - I think that's more like lack of planning.

Priests for Life send letter to Pelosi...

telling her what her bishop should be telling her.

From Priests for Life

Dear Mrs. Pelosi,

Last Thursday, June 13, you were asked a question in a press briefing that you declined to answer. The question was, "What is the moral difference between what Dr. Gosnell did to a baby born alive at 23 weeks and aborting her moments before birth?"

Given the fact that the Gosnell case has been national news for months now, and that Congress, where you serve as House Democratic Leader, was about to have a vote on banning abortion after 20 weeks fetal age, this was a legitimate question.

Instead of even attempting to answer the question, you resorted to judgmental ad hominem attacks on the reporter who asked it, saying, "You obviously have an agenda. You're not interested in having an answer."

Mrs. Pelosi, the problem is that you're not interested in giving an answer.

Your refusal to answer this question is consistent with your failure to provide an answer to a similar question from me and the members of my Priests for Life staff. Several years ago, we visited your office with the diagrams of dismemberment abortion at 23 weeks, and asked the simple question, "When you say the word 'abortion,' is this what you mean?" In response, nothing but silence has emanated from your office.

In what way is this refusal to address an issue of such national importance consistent with the leadership role you are supposed to be exercising? Public servants are supposed to be able to tell the difference between serving the public and killing the public. Apparently, you can't. Otherwise, you would have been able to explain the difference between a legal medical procedure that kills a baby inside the womb and an act of murder -- for which Dr. Gosnell is now serving life sentences -- for killing the same baby outside the womb.

Moreover, you stated at the press briefing on June 13, "As a practicing and respectful Catholic, this is sacred ground to me when we talk about this. I don't think it should have anything to do with politics."

With this statement, you make a mockery of the Catholic faith and of the tens of millions of Americans who consider themselves "practicing and respectful Catholics" and who find the killing of children -- whether inside or outside the womb -- reprehensible.

You speak here of Catholic faith as if it is supposed to hide us from reality instead of lead us to face reality, as if it is supposed to confuse basic moral truths instead of clarify them, and as if it is supposed to help us escape the hard moral questions of life rather than help us confront them.

Whatever Catholic faith you claim to respect and practice, it is not the faith that the Catholic Church teaches. And I speak for countless Catholics when I say that it's time for you to stop speaking as if it were.

Abortion is not sacred ground; it is sacrilegious ground. To imagine God giving the slightest approval to an act that dismembers a child he created is offensive to both faith and reason.
And to say that a question about the difference between a legal medical procedure and murder should not "have anything to do with politics" reveals a profound failure to understand your own political responsibilities, which start with the duty to secure the God-given right to life of every citizen.

Mrs. Pelosi, for decades you have gotten away with betraying and misrepresenting the Catholic faith as well as the responsibilities of public office. We have had enough of it. Either exercise your duties as a public servant and a Catholic, or have the honesty to formally renounce them.

Sincerely,

Fr. Frank Pavone
National Director, Priests for Life

Pelosi: "I'm a practicing and respectful Catholic"...(video)

who happens to think killing babies is okay.

Abortion is “sacred ground” and it “shouldn’t have anything to do with politics.”

It is clear in watching this woman that her synapses are not firing properly.  For Pelosi to stand there and defend abortion as "sacred ground" and waltz up to receive communion on her Sunday treks into church is an abomination.  Exactly when are the weak-kneed bishops of the Catholic Church going to stand up, act like real men, and put a stop to this?

It seems when it comes to "social justice" (code for Marxism) issues, you can't shut them up.  Backing farm bills, amnesty for illegals, raising the minimum wage, or any myriad of crap the commie thugs in this government are trying to ram down our throats, there they are - front and center running their mouths about things they nothing about.

Remember Jennifer McKenna Morbelli?  Late-term abortion practitioner LeRoy Carhart killed her while performing an abortion on the 33-week pregnant woman because "fetal abnormalities" were detected.  Jennifer was buried with the daughter she killed.

Where's the social justice, when these butchers who call themselves doctors, are killing babies born alive, and all too often the women who have succumbed to outright lies and coercion to abort their babies?

And how dare that harridan point her finger and insult a reporter who asked a simple question that she never did answer.  She's outraged by the question?  I'm outraged that the entire room full of reporters didn't stand up and walk out.

The Catholic Association Statement refuting Nancy Pelosi's Claims on Late-Term Abortion

June 13, 2013
Washington D.C. (emphasis mine)
“After witnessing firsthand the atrocious human rights abuses taking place inside America's late-term abortion clinics it is amazing that this did not touch Nancy Pelosi's heart. What we learned from the Gosnell trial and what we understand is going on inside other clinics is not only human rights abuse but it also puts women in harm’s way. The only difference between the Gosnell ‘after-birth’ abortions and legal late-term abortions is the location of the baby at the time of death. And contrary to Pelosi's extreme claim that the Franks bill is ‘disrespectful’ to women, the majority of women are opposed to late-term abortions according to a recent Gallup poll.”

The Kindergarden of Eden: What is liberalism?...(video)

personally I think it's a collection of people who, as my hubby says, "Haven't thought things through."

Bill Whittle interviews Evan Sayet about his new book, The Kindergarden of Eden.

From Youtube:
Author Evan Sayet sits with Bill Whittle to discuss his book The Kindergarden of Eden. Sayet thinks that most liberals are neither stupid nor evil. So why do liberal policies so often produce stupid, if not evil results? Is it because liberalism promotes evil over the good? Find out on this interview with the very funny and insightful Evan Sayet.
Since Minnesota (St.Paul) was my point of origin (I escaped early on to Texas and now live in Idaho), I know many liberals.  Not just any kind of liberals, but the over-the-top fire breathing type.  These are the type that if you say anything that contradicts or questions their world view, they erupt in ad hominem attacks.   Being called stupid was routine until I pulled the plug on these people.

Sayet says these people are not stupid and yet, most of them cannot defend their position with anything even remotely resembling facts.  Liberals don't see a contradiction between demanding our guns be taken away, while giving loud and proud support for abortion - even late term.  They see no problem with delivering a full-term child, jamming an implement into his or her little skull and sucking its brains out.  Our own president thinks a baby born alive should be shuttled off to a hospital closet to die.  These are the first people who are demanding massive gun restrictions, decrying the loss of innocent life in Sandy Hook.

Where I come from, we call that stupid.  We also call it evil.

With that being said, it's still a very worthy interview and worth watching.
