Does he not realize that if you decriminalize drugs you surrender the only stick you have to beat over the heads of druggies.  With no criminal whip you can't say, "Either you go to rehab or you go to jail."

Yeah - drugs are just an "oooops" in the life of the user.

I don't wish death on anyone. But, Nick Gordon was a druggie.

And her daughter, Bobbi Kristina was a druggie.
