Do these wizards in the White House not have someone in charge of protocol? 

One minute of hilarity ensues as Obama keeps talking over the orchestra playing God Save the Queen.  Toasts are to be done after the playing of God Save the Queen.  The lack of expressions on the faces of the guests speaks volumes.  Hopefully he didn't drink out of the finger bowl.
