Demonic Howling Banshees™ gather in DC to protest Kavanaugh vote...
because the good Lord knows if they can't kill their babies life will never be the same - except for the babies.
Listen up, Banshees - even if Roe v Wade was overturned based on it being bad law, it would simply return to the states where it belongs. The states would approve abortion and you can continue to kill your babies - because you're too stupid and irresponsible to prevent a pregnancy while enjoying unrestricted sex with numerous men.

Friday Night Viewing: Senator Susan Collins (R-Maine) speech today...
yeah - I get it. It's long, but it is vitally important that you listen to her.
It's a brilliant speech. Sean Hannity has said it is probably the most important and best speech he's ever heard on the senate floor.
Pour yourself a cocktail or grab a cup of coffee and have a listen. If you have children, gather them up for a wonderful civics lesson.

The left's obsession with sex...
is puzzling.
Didn't all these feminist women back in the 60's who spawned the current crop of feminists want to "have it all." I seem to recall that birth control was going to make having sex, often with a rat pack of different partners, all nice and safe.
And then they got the right to abort their unwanted "product of conception." Woohoo! Life just kept getting better for them.
Now suddenly they've all become victims of sexual assault. Not real sexual assault. Not rape. Just an annoying teenage boy acting like a fool.
What the heck happened to "I am woman, hear me roar?"
When did women turn into such whimpering whiny man hating wimps? Now they're all "oppressed" by the patriarchy.
Later today the pink vagina hat wearing "ladies who march™" will be screeching in protest about Kavanaugh. It's always so edifying to watch women acting like pigs (no insult to pigs intended.)
I often wonder if it was a good idea to let women vote.
Frankly - I'm tired of it all.

Feeling a rant coming on...
until I read the Epistle for today.
It is my habit on Sunday to study the readings for today's Mass before attending. We have all experienced a most horrific week in the history of our great country. We are understandably angry and at the same time sad.
To witness grown men and women act in such a despicable manner was shocking to many of us. Forcing a man of integrity to discuss his virginity and explain jokes about flatulence from his high school years was a moment of sheer lunacy.
As my anger was bubbling toward the boiling point I read today's epistle and decided tomorrow was soon enough for a rant.
Our epistle for today is taken from the letters of Paul to the Ephesians, Chapter 4, verses 23 through 28. I have included some verses that come before and after since I think they add to the understanding of what Paul is trying to convey.
I'm always amazed when I hear people refer to themselves as "recovering Catholics." Their number one complaint is usually being saddled with Catholic "guilt." Really? Guilt is good. When you do something wrong you should feel guilty and that guilt should make you ashamed and push you toward repentance. May I remind you "recovering Catholics" that psychopaths don't feel guilt or shame.

Lindsey Graham speaks for me: Kavanaugh/Ford Hearings...w/update
this "hearing" was the most shamefully vile disgrace I have ever witnessed.
I watched every painful moment.
Any decent person should be outraged at that circus our elected leaders called a "hearing."
It was a mob hit on Brett Kavanaugh instigated by the commie/marxist/libtards who sit on the left side of the aisle.
It is time for conservatives to wise up to the people we are dealing with. These are not simply "misguided" people. These are people who have no compunction about destroying a man's life, family, and career to get what they want. I call that evil.
I am really too upset right now to say more, so I'll let Lindsey Graham (who would have thought?) speak for me.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh: Full interview with Martha MacCallum...
imagine this man, a nominee for the Supreme Court, having to tell the world he was a virgin during high school, and for many years after.
(Clarification 9/25: I think the fact that he stayed a virgin is a good thing. And possibly his making that admission would convince other young people to do the same)
Try as she might, Martha couldn't trap him into saying something inflammatory or casting blame on the dems. Good job, Brett.

The most often touted reason for having to set aside all logic when examining the claims of these women is "they have nothing to gain."
Keep in mind both of these women are hard core leftists. Their lawyers are hard core leftists. The politicians driving this insanity are hard core leftists . These are people who are nothing more than communists while calling themselves champions of the people.
The one thing they have in common is a lack of real Christian faith. In fact, they tend to mock Christianity and all it stands for.
They belong to the group who are "spiritual, but not religious" - a meaningless word salad intended to elevate them in their own minds above a mere Christian. Communism has become their true religion and nothing is too big of a sacrifice for their faith.
What Do They Have to Gain?
For a dedicated commie/marxist/libtard "taking one for the party" is the end game. They lob bomb's of lies intended to destroy people just as surely as the actual bombs the Weather Underground were flinging about in the 60's.
These are weak and not very intelligent women fraught with deep-seated inner dysfunction who want a seat at the big people table. They are being groomed and catered to by leftist politicians who will throw them on the trash heap when they've served their purpose.
It's time that Christian conservatives step up and declare themselves. And it's way past time for them to stop playing nice. On every battlefront we have ceded away free speech, education, traditional nuclear family, and marriage. We have allowed the commie/marxist/libtards to infect all our media while we just want to be left the hell alone.
Trust me on this - the vile people on the left will stop at nothing to destroy anything good or decent including murder.
I spent considerable time researching the commie/marxist/libtards mainly to understand how many of my family members have essentially become communists. Gun snatcher and Kavanaugh hater, Fred Guttenberg, staged an encounter with Brett Kavanaugh at the SCOTUS hearing yesterday and is claiming Kavanaugh "snubbed" his handshake. Guttenberg is the father of a kid killed at the Parkland high school shooting.
Watch Guttenberg poke Kavanaugh rudely in the back. He's lucky security didn't taze him.
If you Google "Brett Kavanaugh Fred Guttenberg" 108,000 results come up. On the bottom of page two is a Washington Examiner article that defends Brett Kavanaugh, but the title of the article is sort of misleading.
Continuing on through page eight I was unable to find another article that defended Kavanaugh. It isn't until page nine that a conservative site is referenced (Townhall.) On page eleven another one pops up (Red State.)
It's a well known fact that few people will go past the first page when they search for something. They sure aren't going to go lolly gagging all the the way to page ten or beyond. That may be fine if you are searching "hard cooked eggs", but is pretty lame if you're doing a search for factual information on news.
Finding the truth is becoming almost impossible with the rigged results of searches and the shadow banning occurring on most social sites.

I see where the Senate will vote on confirming a Supreme Court justice next week. Paul Bedard of the Washington Examiner noted a poll that showed Americans are very interested in the Supreme Court.
That is bad news because it shows the Supreme Court has injected itself too far in our lives.
"The C-SPAN survey, which again found wide support for televised oral arguments, said that 91 percent answered Yes when asked if, 'Decisions made by the U.S. Supreme Court have an impact on my everyday life as a citizen,'" he wrote.
No. Just plain no. The Supreme Court should not be that important.

Well - I sure don't.
It appears the main concern is Roe v Wade, because dead babies reign supreme in their minds.
No "ladies" - it's not "my body, my choice." That baby has it's very own body, separate from your body. It has it's very own little heart and God has given it a sweet little soul - all it's very own.
But you, because you're irresponsible and just hate like hell to be inconvenienced, want to scrape that little baby from your womb and your life.
Have you no shame?

Just last week you were all het up over babies being separated from their parents, and this week you're protesting because you think your right to kill your very own baby might (not likely) be taken away.

It appears the main concern is Roe v Wade, because dead babies reign supreme in their minds.
No "ladies" - it's not "my body, my choice." That baby has it's very own body, separate from your body. It has it's very own little heart and God has given it a sweet little soul - all it's very own.
But you, because you're irresponsible and just hate like hell to be inconvenienced, want to scrape that little baby from your womb and your life.
Have you no shame?
Do you realize how repulsive you look waving your pre-printed signs and screaming obscenities.
Just last week you were all het up over babies being separated from their parents, and this week you're protesting because you think your right to kill your very own baby might (not likely) be taken away.
