Obama's gun grab...

from law abiding citizens.

Does he really think it's going to stop the gang-bangers who creep about the lower denizens of Baltimore, Cleveland, and Chicago from getting guns?

Does he also really think these people, mostly black, are going to go to a gun show and buy a gun and submit to a background check?

I guarantee you that the people who scream the loudest about the so-called "gun show loophole" have never, ever been to a gun show.

How about this:

If you receive social security and have someone else manage your money you will be put on a no-buy list.
The Social Security Administration (SSA) said in a letter to the House Ways and Means Committee that it plans to add some recipients to the federal gun background check system, effectively barring them from legally purchasing firearms.

The letter was in response to the committee’s concern over a Los Angeles Times report that Social Security was planning to add millions of beneficiaries, those who have designated somebody else to manage their finances, to the National Instant Background Check System (NICS). The letter, which came a week after the committee had requested a response from the agency, said that while SSA is considering adding some recipients to NICS, they do not plan to add every recipient who has designated another party to manage their finances.  source
And this:
The Obama administration announced during a conference call with reporters Monday evening that the president's upcoming executive order may require somebody selling even a single firearm to obtain a Federal Firearms License. source
I can see it now.  DeShawn and  Qualeek filling out the forms to acquire a FFL.  Oh, wait - they're functionally illiterate and can't fill out the form.

Think I'm focusing too much on blacks?  Facts don't lie.  The majority of gun violence is perpetrated by blacks. It's as simple as that.

Mentally ill?

Ever taken an antidepressant?  If you haven't, you're a rare animal in today's over medicated populace. Nearly 70 percent of Americans are on at least one prescription drug, and more than half receive at least two prescriptions according to researchers at the Mayo Clinic.
"Often when people talk about health conditions they're talking about chronic conditions such as heart disease or diabetes," Dr. St. Sauver stated in a Mayo Clinic press release.

"However, the second most common prescription was for antidepressants -- that suggests mental health is a huge issue and is something we should focus on. And the third most common drugs were opioids, which is a bit concerning considering their addicting nature." source
There's a very good chance your doctor will report you, because he doesn't want the liability if you go bonkers and kill someone.

I predict an even larger surge in gun sales.  All those gun show dealers are very, very happy right now.
