I cringe every time I see the word "unexpectedly"

At least they left it out of the title, substituting "surprise" for "unexpectedly", when the reality is there is nothing either surprising or unexpected about the jobless rate. They did, however, manage to get the word "unexpectedly" into the first sentence of the article.  Don't believe for one teeny moment that the jobless rate is 9.5%.  There are millions of people who have just given up looking for a job.

From CNBC via Memeorandum:

Weekly Jobless Claims Post Surprise Jump, Hit 500,000

Own a home?  You can "unexpectedly" expect the value to drop even more while George Soros pulls his money out of the stock market.  Meantime crazy Pelosi is using phrases like "ginned up"- keep it classy Nancy...
"How is this being ginned up that we are here talking about Treasure Island, something we've been working on for decades, something of great interest to our community, as we go forward to an election about the future of our country, and two of the first three questions are about a zoning issue in New York City?" source
Would someone please tell me what she just said??  Is she sharing Obama's prescription for energy enhancing drugs?

Yesterday (Wednesday) her office doubled down by still insisting we should know who is "funding the opposition to the mosque."

I yelled @ the tv last night when they "were surprised" at the new rate of unemployment. Really, you were really surprised? Give me a break.
