Hillary Clinton Cackles: She's clearly unhinged...

and she's losing her voice again.

As she speaks to her small audience of paid attendees, her eyes are going every witch which way and she is inappropriately laughing cackling.

She brags that she has stamina because she stood on stage with Donal Trump for 4 hours.  Of course, that's only 1 1/2 hours at at time.  Meantime, Trump is doing 2 and 3 rallies a day while she naps.
