After losing both of our precious pooches last year, hubby and I decided that life was pretty simple without a doggie or two. That lasted until I saw a picture of of a cute little doggie named Gigi on Petfinder. When the lovely rescue lady came for a home visit she brought along Frankie, who was currently being fostered at her home. And the rest, as they say, is history.
The following night Gigi came for a home visit. Although she was tres cute, she seemed nervous and needy. Hubby voted for Frankie, apparently a shih tzu/pug mix (we think), who has been with us for the past three days. He is obedient, playful, loving, and, best of all, gets along famously with Erica, the kitty.

Fuzzy - we are lucky, indeed.
Bunni - sadly it was our older cat (about 17) who disappeared. There has been no sign of her at all.
Our younger cat, Erica, and Frankie are getting along just great.
He had a visit to our vet today and he (the vet) was very impressed with him. Frankie, however, after having his anal glands expressed, was not as impressed with the vet.
I do admit it. That is a cute doggie!
Oh so cute. I am glad you gave Frankie a forever home. I really could not imagine life without a dog.
