It figures that my home state of Minnesota is one of only a few states that rank "above average" in their approval rank. (No insult intended to my normal blogger buddies who live in Minnesota.)

My surprise is that my state is also listed in the bottom 10, considering that my governor is a big slave dog to Obama.
Smart folks in Idaho. 16 states? Not so bright...
