I actually quit speaking with some people who used to be my friends, because they were staunch union supporters and part of the union, and couldn't see how they were possibly wrong, and didn't understand how the voters could have elected that government.

This was absolutely reprehensible. These people have no shame. The ends justify the means.
They are evil vermin.
