Only if it's a morality dreamed up in the furthest regions of their own brain - unaccountable to anyone or anything except to how they "feel."
They feel women should be able to kill their babies in the womb - after all, it is her body, isn't it? They feel children born with disabilities should be euthanized, and that killing old people are both compassionate things to do. They feel that people are a scourge on the face of our planet, and that animals have equal or greater "rights." They are "spiritual, but not religious."
They truly are disgusting. It's as simple as that.

The irony is that the Left does have a moral code - it's warped, misguided, and totally counter to human nature - but it IS indeed a code of morality that justifies (to them) all means to advance. To give it a name - "egalitarianism." And as a practical matter, they need a small cadre of "elitists" to make sure everything is egalitarian for the rest of us. And, of course, they have appointed themselves to the station of "elitists."
