The war on the wealthy and WikiLeaks...

Let me be clear:
  • The government doesn't have a taxing problem, it has a spending problem.
  • The democrats are not proposing a "tax cut."
  • Close to 40% of the populace pays no federal taxes.
From American Thinker:
The Bush tax rates are about to expire. Republicans want to extend the Bush rates. Democrats want them to go back up to pre-Bush levels. I say we compromise: let the rates go back up for everyone who makes less than, say, $200,000 per year. read it all
Reaganite Republican brings us up to date on WikiLeaks - and we thank him.

My thoughts?

There's something about this whole Wikileaks thing that smells, and I don't mean Assange.  Why does the White House appear so unconcerned?

These leaks are an obvious put-on. Remember Homeland took out over 70 websites two days before this broke. These leaks have been hyped for weeks. Remember that the NYT sat on the Pentagon papers for several weeks before publishing them. Got a map at my site showing how the media are intertwined. Gary North has a good article on this also.
It's not like everyone who's a player didn't know all this stuff anyway, terrorists included. Heck, their wealthy Saudi Arabian patrons keep them well-advised. Meanwhile, the FBI is trolling for below-avg intelligence men between 16-25 with Muhamed in their name to set up to prove they're doing something. The only people who have been in the dark are us taxpayers footing the whole bill.
