How could he possibly spend more time outside of Washington then he already does?

"We're determined in the new year to make sure that his schedule reflects his priority."
His only priority is to spend taxpayer money to run around and campaign and avoid the actual work of the presidency. I could have sworn his priority was to improve the joblessness in this country. No?
