Good news for Rossi in Washington

Since Washington is my very near neighbor, near enough that I had worked for years in Spokane, the Rossi race is important to me.  The east side of Washington is very conservative while the west side (can you say Seattle?) is very liberal.  Since the west side has a larger population base, the east side always ends up as the ignored step-child.  Let's hope this changes tomorrow.

From the Washington Post:
There's been some chatter this morning about a poll from a Dem firm showing Senator Patty Murray losing by two points to challenger Dino Rossi, but now the DSCC is pushing back with a new poll of its own showing Murray up by seven.
The new DSCC poll -- conducted by Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz -- and sent my way -- shows Murray ahead 51-44 among likely voters. It also finds Murray is regarded favorably, 50-48, while Rossi's favorability numbers are reversed, 45-51. read the rest
If this race ends up close, with Rossi only ahead by a small margin, expect the dems to steal this election.  They've been taking lessons from Minnesota on voter fraud.
