Thanks for posting this reminder about today's holiday. It is often overlooked but still important.
My dad served at Iwo Jima, btw, during WWII. He took part in the invasion of the island. So, the famous photo of the flag being raised on Mt. Suribachi has always had a certain resonance with me.
Idiot spoke on TV today about the oil spill. If he wanted to do something he would force BP usa into bankruptcy. but Bp is 40% owned by US financial agencies and 49% by UK financial agencies so Mr 0 does not have the gonads to do something.
