Super Bowl Census Ad

The government spent 2.5 million dollars of our money for this???

I'd also like to know how much the Obama's Super Bowl party cost...

I'm just shaking my head. Just when I think they can't do anything dumber . . . .

As an election poll worker, we were offered jobs as census workers. I asked how I could opt out of the census program entirely but then reminded of the hefty fines that I would incur.

I love , love, love those "good o'l boys from the south that will only take so much govn't B.S.

Maybe the south will rise again. hahahahaha

When I saw that commercial last night I didn't even think of the cost to taxpayers...excellent point. The ad really stunk and to tell you the truth, I'm really getting tired of watching all those aged actors and rock bands. The Who was really disgusting. Hearing the lyrics "See me. Fell me. Touch me. Heal me." by some old geezer on stage was just plain creepy.

Seriously, I still don't "get" what that ad was trying to say. Call me stupid, I guess.

Bob - that's because you are a rational and very smart guy...

MM - the ad makes no sense so you're not missing much...

Belinda - it would probably do this country some good if the south did rise again...

I won't fill out the long form census if I get one. They have no right to that information nor do I think some minimum wage ACORN thug needs to have access to this info. Period!

Mary Ellen - missed The Who and I'm glad. Actually, I didn't even watch the game. Not my "cup of tea."

All of those old rock stars should confine their appearances to tribute shows...

Charlotte - I did catch the subtle "kids are way more smarter than adults" part though. Other than that, the message was completely incomprehensible.
