Great observation! In my opinion, Obama is so out of touch with what Americans want and he is more interested in getting a bill passed...any bill, so that he may try to take credit for "saving" Americans. It's kind of like all those jobs he "saved"...a lot of meaningless hot air.
He really has no clue as to how this country works or what is in the Constitution. If he did, he wouldn't be using the threat of reconciliation because it's against the law! Not that the Dems won't do it anyway because they just think laws are for suckers. You only have to look at the tax evading Treasury Secretary to see that!
