Looks good, got a recipe? Go easy on me, my father's family were Irish and the really good Irish cooks of this world could all fit into a porta-potty (which is probably where their cooking should go too.)
When I was in the Northeast at seminary, canolli was a real treat...I live among Germans now...sauerkraut, dumplings,sausage and beer. Bring on the canolli!!
