Honestly - this is becoming more Orwellian by the day. Obama says recession is over, Obama says G20 big success, Obama says blah, blah, blah. It's just all empty words...
It seems to me another of those programs and assertions about those programs that are impossible to prove. For example, how will we measure jobs saved?
