Of the three states of the Pacific Northwest, I wonder why Oregon has it so bad?
The "stimulus" hasn't been about stimulating the economy -- its about lining the pockets of Democratic interest groups and political hacks. I imagine that it has worked pretty well for those two groups. For the rest of us -- not so much.
The recession would be much, much worse if not for the stimulus.
