A Prez with swagger, as they say, does not impress me. In fact, they should be slammed by making such a "black inclusive" comment. A prez with a swagger tells me he may be a PLAYER. That's what I think when I hear that word attributed to people. It smells of possible dishonesty.
I like decorum. Proper, authentic, polite decorum between the leaders of our country with others - it's not a lack of "being hip" or "with it" or "being open". It is keeping a safe, respectable distance in that no lines are crossed or misinterpreted.

Sarah - you summed that up pretty well. I'm with you. To see our President "shucking and jiving" is pretty awful.
Cathy - in the world I grew up in ladies didn't even apply lipstick or touch their hair in public.
