Gov. Palin’s Appearances in Indiana Reflect Her Values and True Persona

“What annoys Washington insiders doubly attracts real Americans.”

*****Washington, D.C.Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is scheduled to speak at the Vanderburgh County Right to Life Banquet in Evansville, Indiana tonight. The appearance is her first major public event since the 2008 campaign.

*****“For Governor Palin to go to a place like Indiana to advocate for women, unborn children, and those with special needs speaks volumes about who she is and where her heart is,” said Marjorie Dannenfelser, President of the Susan B. Anthony List and Co-Founder of Team Sarah.

***** This type of decision leaves media, beltway, political, and feminist elites scratching their heads. But spending time at a pro-life banquet and a charity event to support families of children with Down Syndrome is a good choice for her because it's a reflection of not only her values, but her true persona: outside the Washington Beltway, beyond elite insider politics.” read the rest

Oh yeah, they hate her because she's a normal human being -- went to a normal college, had a normal career, goes to church, has a less than perfect family life, etc., etc. Everything that the Ivy League & media elites can't stand. She graduated from the University of Idaho??? She goes to an evangelical church??? She actually loves her kids when they do stupid stuff??? She didn't abort her Down Syndrome child???

That last one is the kicker for the Left, y'know. They can't stand the fact that she didn't kill the child via abortion.

Yep - they HATE her because she had that baby! Makes them all feel guilty!

I love her 'cause she sounds kinda like moi....;-) I have a weird accent - born and raised in Minnesota, transplanted to Houston. Makes one sound like Chicago.
