I have to admit that I haven't felt good about any of the last three US presidents but the man about to take office is, I think, the most frightening man to hold the position.
The UNCRC is one scary anti-family thingy. So how long before the blue-helmeted UN peacekeepers show up on our shores?
man, this is very depressing:(

The UN has neither spine nor moral credibility. Considering that the UN ordered Romeo Dallaire to pack up his little barely-armed band of "peacekeepers" and leave countless Rwandans to be butchered - and yet, when he refused, were powerless to force him - I doubt they could get it together to bother us any time soon. And considering how much of their funding and staffing comes from (a) us, and (b) other countries that don't want blue helmets coming in and messing about, I am not overly concerned about what they might do. At least for fifty years or so.
