Obama Photos Trigger Web Delirium
****"Not perhaps since John F. Kennedy's own beach photos has a nation been so stirred to seek out revealing images of the incoming commander-in-chief. Searches are soaring for "obama pictures" and, in a realm normally reserved for prepubescent idols, "obama shirtless." Yes, the man so far designated to stimulate the economy, restore American dignity abroad, and save the planet from global warming, has inspired lookups more befitting a, dare we say, heartthrob."
****In the spirit of the upcoming Christmas season I have tried to avoid politics, lousy liturgy, and mundane music. But this just makes me wonder about the collective intelligence of this country. Jumping around in ecstasy over pictures of a shirtless Obambi speaks volumes on this issue.
****And while we're on that subject, what about this "vacation" The One and his closest friends are enjoying. They have rented three mansions on the beach in Hawaii that have been described by the owner as "fit for royalty." Politically Obambi should have thought that one through a bit.
****On the one hand he is responsible for spreading doom and gloom about the financial situation in this country and continuously telling us how much he "cares." He cares so much that he plans on creating or "saving" over 3 million jobs. Something we know the government can't do.
****On the other hand he is spending a relaxing vacation in Hawaii surrounded in an opulence the majority of people in the world could not even imagine.
****I have never been one to be envious of the good fortune of others. God bless the people who have worked hard and are enjoying the fruits of their labors. However, the future President of the United States should not be engaging in what, in my mother's generation, could only be called a vulgar display. Tacky, tacky Mr. President Elect.

Lousy liturgy, and mundane music?
Often times when I am sitting at our local Catholic church.... thinking. I am often taken aback by how "Pro-Testant" my church is , and I don't like that. You all know that we sing many -if not all of the same songs that they do, and often the sermons sound the same. I don't understand, I think.. geese if you all want to be Pro-Testants then go be one. Don't make me be one too. (you can see how we will easily be sucked into the new world order of religion)
Anyway I wanted to send you a song to help you sort out all of these complicated- difficult questions, and this song may have the answers that you've been looking for.

Me too. Something screwy with people who carry on with this mindless Obama obsession. Don't mean to sound vulgar, but somebody somewhere is going to want to bottle up and preserve his No.2.
