Happy Labor Day

Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold. But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow. ~Douglas Pagels, These Are the Gifts I'd Like to Give to You

Why thank you, ma'am!

Back in 1990, I was in 5th Ave (opp S Pat's) for the procession.

Happy Labor Day to you and the hubby!!

Slide down a rainbow?? Not even if I could find one. I'm sitting on my rear-end all day eating ice-cream:0)

Tom - I'm not a big fan of Starbucks but if you've never had their Java Chip icecream, you've never lived. It is the BEST! You can eat your ice cream while sliding down the rainbow...

Phillip - 5th Ave here?? So close and yet so far from Auntie A...

Auntie A, you have an award (back - I'm re-writing the rules, too!).

In 1990, I was 20. Did you think I was younger? LOL. This picture of me was taken in 2005, when I was 35. Apart from battling the bulge a bit, I haven't changed much since then.
