Spokane: Armed bank robber shot by concealed carry customer and starting tomorrow concealed carry is legal in Idaho without a license...

YES!

Looking forward to tomorrow.

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. (emphasis mine)
Deputies in Spokane Valley have responded to an attempted robbery at the Spokane Teachers Credit Union branch located in the 13200 block of E. 32nd Avenue.

About 1:40 pm Spokane County Sheriff's deputies responded to the credit union on a report of an attempted bank robbery. An initial report, which Deputy Mark Gregory stressed hadn't been confirmed, was that a customer inside the credit union was armed with a weapon and fired “a shot or shots” at the suspect.
“At this point the belief is the suspect was possibly hit in the arm and fled the bank on foot last seen heading north,”Gregory added. read the rest
POST FALLS, Idaho
Beginning Friday Idaho residents will be able to flex their Second Amendment rights and carry concealed firearms without a permit.

A new Idaho state law allows most gun owners over age 21 to be armed in public places as long as their pistol is hidden by clothing, purse or holster.

“There are some exceptions to that, obviously convicted felons, people who are drug users, there are a variety of people who cannot carry concealed weapons but for the average law abiding citizen, they'll be able to carry without a concealed weapons permit,” Post Falls Police Chief Scot Haug said.

Up until now, if you wanted the privilege of carrying a concealed firearm in Idaho, you had to apply for a special permit. You had to have your fingerprints taken and then be able to pass a state police background check that showed you had not been treated for mental illness or convicted of domestic violence. read the rest

Donald Trump Delivers Remarks on Trade in Manchester, NH (6-30-16)...

well done, Donald.

Today I did something I've never done before.  I donated to a political campaign.

I am getting a free hat.

Michelle Obama wears flour sack to meet beautiful lady in red dress...

Queen Letizia was not available for comment.

Michelle Obama, off on her tax-payer funded vacation with her daughters and her mother, once again be-clowns herself by wearing what appears to be the wrap from her last visit with her gynecologist.

Was she in Spain to lecture Queen Letizia on improving education for little Spanish girls?  I'm sure Letizia really appreciated that.

Maybe Letizia should come over here and lecture Mooch about the education of the little black inner city Chicago kiddies.

And wouldn't you just love to be the proverbial fly on the wall when Letizia tells the king what she really thinks of Mooch?  Letizia always does an admirable job of performing her royal duties.

How many millions did this trip cost us?  I'm guessing about 10 million, give or take a few million.  Pigs.

I love the saucy little ties at the side and the clever little flap hanging in the back.  Mooch, it's time to cover up your "toned" arms.

Meantime, Odumbo is yukking it up in Canada with a bunch of other Socialists, because being president is serious business, doncha know.  Notice how all Socialist/libtard women swan about with wide open mouths.

And let's not forget to snap a selfie, since that's so serious and such adult behavior.

Product Review: JAWS glass cleaner...

because that's all I can handle today.

My favorite do-it-yourself home improvement man around the house, Gary Sullivan, strikes again.

I've used several of the products he has as sponsors on his radio show and he has never led me astray. I used the Spread Stone™ Mineral Select™ Countertop Refinishing Kit in my kitchen.  I was so overwhelmed with the results, I did the top of my dining room table and buffet.

Over the past few months my ears have wiggled when I heard him advertising JAWS window cleaner.  As far as I got was thinking, "What the hell kind of name is that for a product that cleans glass and mirrors?"

Then I listened when he extolled the virtues of the streak free cleaning.  All righty, then.  Let me go look up this fabulous stuff.

Why is it called JAWS?

JAWS stands for "just add water system."

From their website:
JAWS is an eco-friendly system of highly effective cleaners which gives everyone the chance to take great care of their home and our precious planet at the same time! Our innovative, easy-to-use system helps reduce plastic in landfills and saves you money as you can reuse the spray bottles up to 26 times with JAWS refill pods. Try our non-toxic Glass Cleaner, Kitchen Cleaner-Degreaser, Hardwood Cleaner and Daily Shower Cleaner for a streak-free shine throughout your home!
I was pretty happy with my current window cleaner, but I decided to give it a try.  I ordered two full sets.  Each set includes a bottle and two refill pods.  In the future, I'll only order the refill pods which only cost $3.99 for two.

Why will I reorder?

Because this stuff is everything they say it is plus more.  I have never, ever had glass look so clean so quickly with absolutely no streaking.

Colonel Winthrop desk

The biggest test came when I cleaned the glass fronts on my Colonel Winthrop secretary desk.  The last time I cleaned the glass it took approximately two hours and they still looked crappy. I used three different glass cleaners and tried drying with cloth, newspaper, paper towel, and coffee filters.  I finally tried straight vinegar. They were still streaked and had a film.

Enter JAWS.  Instead of two hours, it took about two minutes and they were absolutely spotless and clearer than I've ever seen them.

That's it.  I'm sold. Anything that gives those kinds of results in that little  time is my new number one product.

You can buy it directly from the company or from Amazon.

Disclaimer:  I received nothing from JAWS for this review.  Amazon gives me a tiny rebate, without costing you anything extra, if you order from them.

Update on Milsek Furniture Polish:

I reviewed Milsek Furniture Polish back on May 18th.  I loved how it made my furniture look.

Now I have another reason to love it - my plastic patio furniture.

I tried everything, including WD-40, on the outdoor furniture and it still looked pretty bad.  Yesterday I washed the chairs and wiped them down with Milsek.  Whoa!  They look like new and have no oily residue at all.

These pictures are not the best due to the blazing (very hot) sun, but be informed that these chairs are over 15 years old.

Istanbul, Morocco, and Trump's Full Economic Speech, Pennsylvania 6/28/2016...

"It's time for the American people to take back their future."

Allow me to save the anti-Trump trolls some time and trouble:

At 7:33 in, Trump mentions the founding fathers.  Yes, indeedy.  OMGosh, he just mentioned George Washington and Alexander Hamilton - by name.  Now he's talking about Abraham Lincoln.  What the hell has gotten into him?

Holy crapola, I'm at 9:12 and he's talking about the Constitution.   You heard that right, boys and girls - the Constitution.

Meantime, Michelle Obama, her daughters, and her mother are swanning around Morocco, on our dime, to support all the poor little Moroccan girls getting an education.
The Millennium Challenge Corporation, a U.S. government foreign aid agency working in partnership with the Moroccan government, is investing nearly $100 million to transform secondary education in the country. USAID is also giving $400,000 to create five new girls' dormitories to improve educational opportunities for girls from rural areas.
While she's there, maybe she could hop, skip, and jump over to Istanbul, where the religion of peace just blew up over  a hundred people.

Does anyone really give a rip what George Will, Brent Scowcroft, Robert Kagan, or Hank Paulson do or say?...

I don't.

And I doubt more than one in twenty thousand other people care either

American Thinker has an article about all the so-called famous people who are jumping off the GOP ship.  Of course, the head jumper, George Will, who wears a dead squirrel on his head, while others mock Trump's hair, really thinks he is relevant.
George Will and his Dead Squirrel

He's not. And neither are the rest of them.

Robert Kagan?  I don't even know who he is.

Sit back, close your eyes, take a few calming breaths, and tap into your right brain.

You are now in your local grocery store.  Look around you at the people shopping.  Don't forget to include the employees like Betty Everyone, single mom, who stands on her feet all day ringing up orders, or Joe Everyone, stacking apples in the produce department.  Do any of them appear to be people who hang on the words dribbling out of George Will's mouth?  Yeah, I didn't think so.

Now, head over to your favorite department store.  Check out the lady sifting through the yoga pants.  Think she cares?  Does she even know who these people are?

It's way past time for us to stop wasting our time yammering about people who have so little influence.  Yes, I know, I'm yammering right now, but it's only because this was an epiphany for me.  A light bulb moment, as it were. I'm slow like that.

These people have no influence over anything except in their closed up rancid little brains.  They don't deserve our time or attention.

Joe and Betty Everyone will go into a booth in November and vote for someone.  George Will's opinion will have no bearing on who gets their vote.

Joe and Betty will vote for the person who they think will make their life better.  For the takers, that will be Hillary Clinton and the promise of free stuff.

For the rest of us, that will be Donald Trump.
