Tom Woods answers Bill O'Reilly about the Constitution...

because O'Reilly thinks the Constitution says the feds should provide healthcare - or something.

We don't have cable and so I don't watch Bill O'Reilly.  If we did have cable, I still wouldn't watch Bill O'Reilly.
