Happy Birthday

In a shameless attempt to garner attention for myself, allow me to announce my birthday. On December 31st, 1945, at 13 minutes to midnight my Mom and I rendezvoused in the delivery room. Until about my 10th birthday I believed the parties and celebrations were about me. Nothing since my 10th birthday has occurred to change my mind.

Wishing all of you a Happy
and Safe New Year

  1. Well, happy birthday! The Little Critter wants me to send you hugs and kisses on our behalf.

And just because it's your birthday, I shall refrain from being a smart alec:0)

    Blessings,
    Tom

  3. Happy Birthday. Our eldest was born on New Years day. YOu could have waited another 15 minutes and been the first baby born in 1946.

I hope you have a great day.

  5. You could claim to be a New Years baby by using "Catholicstarted Math". Since in 1945-6 Jan 1 was a Holy Day of Obligation the day started with Evening Prayer the night before. Isn't being Catholic fun?
    Have a Happy "29th" LOL

  6. It was probably New years day in Australia when you were born so you could say I am an Australian new years baby.

  17. Hey, kiddo, all that stuff in Times Square IS for you!!! Happy B.Day!!!! And many more.

[Be grateful to Almighty God that by the grace of those 13 minutes you do not have to be tagged with being part of the "Baby Boomers." ALSO, think of the nice last minute "tax deduction" your parents got for that year. I bet that thought alone had your mom giving that extra push or two. [And for sure next time you're in San Diego, drop me a line.]
